“Out of all my experiences I have had this was the best one by far. I’m a long time customer, that is saying quite a bit.I was immediately greeted by Michael, even though he was helping another customer. Once he was finished, it was like a breath of fresh air. I told him my situation and he immediately looked into my account after and said I had 3 lines due for an upgrade. I was told by another store no one in south Florida has. Bueno (well) , in Hialeah garden, they have plenty.I realized when I was receiving one of the best customer service experiences. 2 other people came in the store and they did not mind waiting. I think because they new they were going to be taken care of by the employees in this store.This store handled various situations while I was there professionally and customer service was off the charts! I walked out of that store with a pretty big smile.Thank you Michael for all your help and addressing all my issues”
