“We recently switched from an NEC phone system to the VOIP system with IPFone. I cannot express how easy IPFone made this transition. Tony Shark and his team we there to support us through each step along the way. The new system is easier to use and makes our business run more efficiently. In addition to this we had some changes that we had to make after the system was installed and Tony was only a message away and made these changes within minutes of the request. For anyone considering the switch in phone systems, i would strongly suggest utilizing IPFone for this transition.”

“Jonathan (Store manager) went the extra mile in providing service to my mother with her cell phone technical issues. Much appreciated! Courteous, professional service at the store. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot once again.”

“Amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Juan and Carlos. From the moment we walked in, Carlos greeted us right away and made us feel very welcome. After having a bad experience at AT&T, Juan and Carlos truly turned things around for us. They provided excellent customer service, were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We’re very happy to say we left with our new phones and a great overall experience. Huge shoutout to both of them, and wishing Carlos nothing but success in his new job. Thank you Juan and Carlos for making this such a positive experience!”

“I need to return an iPhone. Willie took excellent care of me. Because I was supposed to return the phone via mail. He even printed out a label and provide me with a little box. Definitely I recommend AT&T and Willy”
