No matter how many times I told her she was mistaken, she continued to contradict me. Plus, the fact that your system can't look up an order by a member's phone number is absurd. Wasted a lot of time for nothing but frustration.”

“We love ‘Dog Lovers’! Debbie and her team provide outstanding customer service all of the time. My family is busy, so we greatly appreciate the pet food delivery service! Today we tried the pet wash stations on site, and it was so much better than attempting to wash my two huge dogs at home. The pet wash area is equipped with everything you might need, and is well appointed with towels, soaps, dryers, and more. After scrubbing down two dogs I didn’t have the normal back-breaking pain thanks to the adjustable wash basin that allows you to lift or lower the tub.
Overall, I appreciate this business very much because of the outstanding customer service. The people at Dog Lovers really do care, and that makes me want to return to establishments like this versus big box stores. If you haven’t checked out this spot, do your furry friend a favor, and stop on in!”

“This rescue is run by some of the nicest folks I've ever met. They truly care for all their rescues and make certain they find their forever homes. Very clean facility with a large yard to get to know your potential new family member. The gentleman who runs the rescue is Rick and he is very understanding and personable. If you are looking to adopt a dog or cat, they have a large selection and it will be hard not to want to take home more than one.”

“I am very happy that you stopped this woke madness, garbage; however, you talk about animal welfare, yet you still carry glue traps, which are the most inhumane way of trapping and letting a rat or any animal die a horrendous death. Birds, squirrels etc can get stuck on these horrific inventions!”
“I want to thank Jennifer the shift manager and give her a huge hug. I came home from work to find my dogs fur covered in blood and I panicked. Although I deal with this sort of thing with humans each day all my experience and education did me know good at this time. All I could think of was go to the pet store and I knew I had always seen smiling faces at the pet supermarket so I headed there. I was greated with a welcome to our store and this was 10 minutes before they closed. I found it reassuring since most places want to push you out there doors at closing and Jennifer
didnt all she wanted to do was help fix my 4 legged baby and reassure me that all was going to be OK. She listened to my situation and immediately suggested the products that would be perfect for me. Not one time did she try to push me into overpriced products. She asked me questions and listened and sold me products that fixed my baby. As i was leaving she asked me to return in a week so that i could let her know how he was doing and not just for another sale. “Lovely people and they have a dog wash. After trying to wash my cat there, I can see why they named it dog wash and not pet wash. I hope they can get my soggy kitty out of the ceiling!”

“I don't know what happened to the one star raters, but everyone has an opinion. This place has everything you can think of. Yes it is cluttered but that is because they have so much product. They need a place the size of Petco because they have more inventory then Petco. I don't know about the rude employees, because I was treated fine. I have lived here 20 years and have never been in before because from the road it looks like a little whole in the wall. It is much larger than I thought. I have aways shopped at Petco or PetSmart because they are the big boys. But I had a major problem with my aquarium and lost all of my fish and went to Petco and PetSmart for some answers and got them. Both the employees that helped me in both stores told me to come here because this is the only place they go for fish and supplies. I am a believer. This is also the only place I will come from now on.”

When I was younger my dads office was close yet a little far and had to walk here sometimes just for the fun of it cause what else dose a 8 year old do at an office and so I went almost everytime I was with my dad at work or we drove past to go the dent and the people who work here never EVER said anything rude (I buy here almost every couple of months) I have gotten snails fish spiders crawfish EVERYTHING from them also it is a little dirty on the ground but who. Can. Blame. Them! They work all day to keep things clean! Imagine for a couple of hours having to clean this amazing store over and over cause some tank spills a little! “First time using salty bottom. I ordered a clean up crew and everything they sent was alive and well. I never received an email with the tracking info but that’s minor. I feel like they even gave me a higher quantity on some of the things I ordered which was nice. Good experience, I would order from them again.”

“I needed a tow strap to get my friend out of the sugar sand on my driveway. I found one no problem, and it was in sale so that was a plus. When I tell you the amount of self control it took me to not purchase one of those solar mushrooms...... I just can't bring myself to spending that much on one! Although they are very well made it looked like with good quality material. It will probably be on my mind until I break down and buy one. the woman at the register was very nice and helped me find the utility knife. It was sometime this am around 10 or 11 probably, I didn't catch her name but kudos to her and the customer service I received. ?”

“I love Petsmart . I have one located very close to me and the manager is nice enough to match their on-line prices . I would recommend going to Petsmart for all of your animals needs . Customer service has changed a bit for the worse but since it's the closest dog store near me I still go. Hopefully they get better. Well I've been back since I last visited and unfortunately this store has not changed since my last review.”
“Brought my cat in to get her vaccines/boosters today. Scheduled the appointment online where I filled out some basic information about her. It was very simple. I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment as requested and was immediately seen by the kind Vetco staff. There is not a separate area/room for Vetco/vet services, so be aware that if you have a reactive animal the treatment area is simply a couple of tables in the back of the store. My cat received her vaccines and I received the official license and rabies vaccination certificate. We were in and out in 10 minutes and the treatment was fairly priced (which are all available on the website). I would recommend this Vetco location to anyone who needs vaccines/boosters for their pets!”

People do have off days and that my have just been hers.
Before you go and judge some one you might want to look at both sides of the issues.
