“We stayed here twice over the past few weeks (before and after a cruise) - it was perfect for our family! Specifically, we had a suite in The Birch House and swam and ate at the main location. It was so easy to take their transportation (Cadillac SUV) back and forth between the locations - such kind staff! The staff, the cleanliness, the food, and the location were just perfect and we’ll definitely be back!!”

“We attended a wedding at the hotel. My husband experienced a medical episode and was attended to immediately by Brandon with security who quickly called 911. Zora Grant working for the hotel, who was in charge of the wedding party also assisted us and stayed with us thru out offering comfort and meeting all of our immediate needs. Thank you to both of these amazing hotel employees who went above and beyond.”

“I came to this property after having a very bad experience at the other Westin Ft Lauderdale property which required me to book same day on very short notice (I'll put their review on their page to be fair.)
From the time I pulled in the driveway I was greeted warmly. When I approached the check-in desk, Kathy too great care of me, acknowledged my membership status and thanked me for coming, she gave me options on my room, and offered me a refreshing drink as I went on my way.
The room was VERY clean. You could tell the floor had just been mopped, it smelled clean, bedding clean, bathroom spotless, amazing waterfront view.
There is an onsite gift shop that had everything I'd forgotten and I was able to make my evening meetings with good wifi connections.
The silver lining around by bad experience at the other property is that I landed here!
Special thanks to Kathy for exceptional service the first time (before ever learning of my bad experience). Thanks to Daniel as well for doubling down on the standard of excellence.
Also, good location with plenty to do and eat nearby.”

“The room was clean small room with the kitchen bathroom and all we needed for a short vacay. It did get hot in there wish there was another AC or a fan but we were not in there a lot during the day. The picture I saw of the blue building was across the street from the office where you check in.”

“Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming once you walked through the door. Our room was a standard-king and it was very clean and comfortable. I will say, that the windows in each room tend to face one another - so our curtains were shut the whole time. Was a bit surprised there wasn't some kind of window tint? The fridge size was a huge bonus, I've never been to a hotel with one that big. It was very helpful when we had dinner leftovers.”
“I had to stay overnight in Fort Lauderdale due to a flight cancellation and booked this hotel simply because it was the closest option with a shuttle. I went in with low expectations, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. The presentation and overall appearance exceeded my expectations.
The staff were especially kind and accommodating. A member of my party has mobility issues, and without us even asking, an employee personally wheeled her all the way to her room. That level of care and customer service made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever find myself back in Fort Lauderdale, this will be my first choice.”

“I mean this place is adorable. The bed was super comfy. Family of 5 stayed here. 2 small queen beds and a pull out bed which wasn’t the best so your smallest person might want that one. The front is hard to find almost looks like an apartment complex but with a little patience we found it. I feel like who ever it was who did this remodel actually cared about their work quality. It is very clean, cute and a convenient walk to the beach. It had ice and a water refill station on the ground floor. We couldn’t find any close and convenient stores within walking distance for drinks so we appreciated the water refill station. The shower was great. Lots of Room for a one bedroom to move around. Several restaurants within walking distance on the beach. I would love to stay here again. I have to say however when we first got here there was an employee in housekeeping attire who was very sweet and nice. Soon after another employee showed up in business clothes. After about 10 hours of exhausting travel my young adult son was leaning against a table while my spouse was doing the self check in. She came up to him and aggressively said, “get off the table”! And walked away. I thought it was quite rude. Not how i would treat a customer of any kind. If it was a male who said that I probably would have reacted back, but since I believe in respecting women I said nothing and only became frustrated and disappointed in customer service. So…. Self check in I’m not a fan which I realize is the wave of the future but when we did have interaction with staff it sucked. So I marked down service on my review.”

You can order food and drinks while on the beach. The stay here was awesome! A great experience and memories. ($200/night hold for incidentals. A little much, but worth the temporary inconvenience.)”

“I’ve been visiting this place for over 10 years and it’s always been a favorite for me, my family, and friends. The live music and food are fantastic, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there’s one employee—the guy who’s always walking around closing the place and moving boxes from side to side—who is consistently rude to customers. It’s disappointing because it takes away from the great atmosphere. I would have given 5 stars, but I’m giving 4 because of this issue. I hope management addresses it to keep the positive vibe we all love without canceling anyone.”

“Perfect beach vacay getaway! Quiet, family friendly, aesthetically beautiful. Close enough to all the music/action of the bandshell but far enough to enjoy the peace. My toddler loved saying hello to the resident kitty, Cheetah. Bonus, the taco shack next door is so delicious, and you get one free drink per guest from 6-7p as well as a discount for your meal. My mom was visiting from out of town for her birthday and they were so sweet to accommodate us and even had a surprise treat waiting for us at check in. We will be back for sure!”

“After having a very hectic night, we arrived feeling exhausted and frustrated, but the staff completely changed the experience for us.
The gentleman working the front desk that night who checked us in was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, professional, and welcoming after what had been a very stressful night. His attitude truly made a difference.
The next morning, Amber at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to extend our stay and made the entire process easy and welcoming.
I also want to give a special thank-you to Elcie, who is in charge of the continental breakfast. She was wonderful! The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, and she made sure everything was taken care of. Her friendly attitude and attention to the guests really stood out.
I also want to mention how clean our room was. As I was walking out of our room, I actually saw the housekeeping staff changing the bed covers and pillowcases. Seeing that personally gave me even more confidence that cleanliness and proper housekeeping are taken seriously here.
The area is also very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby.
Most importantly, I want to recognize the staff who made our stay better. The gentleman who checked us in, Amber, and Elcie truly went above and beyond. Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience, and these employees definitely deserve recognition.

Being there as a family of 6 and having her getting us drinks and food all the time and helping every other person on that beach also was very hardworking of her. “Would highly recommend Sinclair if you are staying in Hollywood Beach - staying here feels like you truly have an entire house to yourself. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a small kitchen (with modern appliances) and dining area for convenience. The large backyard area is another plus, with its cozy corner hot tub. Additionally the location is unbeatable; with a very quick walk of a few feet you are already at the beach, next to several shops and restaurants.”
