“I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”
“Diamond is probably the best bank employee to ever exist. My 84 yr old uncle had his account comprised from some low life relatives of his. Diamond has worked many, many hours to help him get his situation sorted out. She has spent her time off the clock contacting companies and filling out forms when she didn't have to.
