“I have been banking with Fifth Third for my day job for nearly 10 years and of all the branches around town I’ve visited this is by far my favorite branch. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience here as long as I’ve been using this branch. I even bank with 5/3 for my personal banking and my own business outside of my day job now because of this branch. The Manager David took over as my personal banker when he came to the branch and my original banker moved on to another career field, and is very knowledgeable and has always been a pleasure. Arcelie, who has been there as long as I’ve been using that branch is also very knowledgeable and helpful as well, and helped me setup my personal business account. Being that I bank with them 6 days a week for my daily deposits for my day job, and also come to them for my personal account and my own business account I can say I have extensive experience with their staff over the years and say without hesitation, I go out of my way to come to this branch, not because I’ve had issues with other branches (I am overall very pleased with 5/3 as a whole) but because their service is truly exceptional.”

“We recently went through a VERY painful transition of our bank we had for 15 years being acquired by another bank. They could never get all of our online banking correct so that my office could reconcile accounts without issue. So as hard as it was to leave them we switched to BB&T and have dealt with Bruce and Lucky to get all of our business banking up and running. We were told that BB&T was going to merge/acquire Suntrust and we were leery at first because of our previous bank. We can't even tell anything is different since they changed. Bruce and Lucky have been EXTREMELY helpful in all of our issues we had in our previous bank and made our transition to BB&T run SMOOTHLY. Being a small business owner they have helped us look to the future to help grow our business. We have NO issues contacting them if we need something, they make sure that they get back to us in a very timely manner. Very HAPPY that we switched banks even after being with the previous one for 15 years.”
“I own a small business in Bradenton and for the last 14 years I have dealt with Fidelity bank that recently merged with another what a nightmare that was. Because of that we moved all of our accounts business and personal to BB&T/Truist. All of it went completely smooth we have NOT had one issue with anything from BB&T/Truist.
