“John and Jenna were great. I’d like to thank everyone working at this location today. It was a tad busy when I arrived. We were in a line. It happens. After a bit, I guy came in, waited off to the side, and just scooped up to the window and fairly imposed himself upon the first (unavailable) teller. The teller served him VERY professionally. As we all waited patiently, he finished, turned and I called him a line skipper! I’m so brave. It speaks to the whole crew when something throws a wrench in the gears and they respond with expedient professionalism. Great job, everyone!”
