“Ron Burgundy was an amazing salesman and we couldn’t have met a more honest decent and genuine person who went above and beyond to explain things. We learned so much from the amount of time spent with this person. We learned how to modify things and the importance of a comfortable bed. If we could have someone sell us anything, we would have it sold to us from Ron. He never put any pressure on us to buy anything. More so Tim, who delivered the bed gave us an honest opinion about our boxspring and we’ve removed it. Ron is someone you definitely want to talk to when you’re purchasing a mattress. He never judged nor gave any opinion on how much one was able to spend. He found us the best deal for our budget and did the best he can which was again above and beyond. Thank you, Ron. “A+++ experience at this store. Sonya, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. She set us up with their free in-home design service so we could decide what looked best in our space. Kirsten, the designer, showed up to our house on time and brought fabric samples and took pictures and measurements. A few days later, we met with Sonya and Kirsten in the store to review their recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to bring our very active 4 year old to the meeting so I thought I would be too distracted to make decisions. In steps Natalie, another salesperson at this location, to save the day. She kept our daughter entertained for two hours while we made all the necessary choices. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive and we’re sure it will look great in our home because we’ve already seen how it all goes together on Kirsten’s virtual set-up. Now my daughter keeps asking if we can go back to LaZBoy because she had such a great time with Natalie 😂. Obviously LaZBoy has quality furniture but it’s the people at this location that make it worth a trip in.”

Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved. Understand that Kelcey had nothing to do with anything related to my issue but she got me answers and updates less than 24hours. Thank you Kelcey.”
