“I just spent 12 minutes on the phone with an employee Kelcey from Aarons. Because of her efforts and professionalism and her willingness to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Kelcey is the reason I will do business with Aarons again. Im only leaving the original review up for a week so people can refer to it. Obviously sometimes you just need to find the right employee. I believe Kelcey will keep her word. I recommend her for problem solving and I have had my eye on another product so I look forward to working with Kelcey once this issue is resolved.
