“VyStar CU little town of Starke, FL has a woman with a huge smile and a warm personality, Kim Edmond. Kim greeted us at the door when we came into the branch. I asked her if she was the official greeter and she explained she was the Assistant Branch Manager and filled in at the door when the regular lady was at lunch. Ms. Kim directed us directly to someone that could help us but they were backed up so she pulled up our account and commence to helping us herself.
