Hotels in Jacksonville Beach, FL

“Very clean and spacious room, nice big bathroom and walk in shower , fridge could use a freezer section, the beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t. Hotel staff was helpful and kind!

Some of their sustainability features in the room (ie the lights , ac controls , water pressure) seem to malfunction/or are somewhat inconvenient.
The WiFi isn’t good at all.

We stayed here because it is a pet friendly hotel which is great! But having a better grassy section for the dogs to do their business is definitely necessary. The current set up is small, hardly any grass, it’s in a very dark corner by a dumpster , granted they do provide a doggie bag trash can.

The lights issue is also a concern when bringing pets ; a third key card for couples with pets would be beneficial in that situation.

The location is great however. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Don’t be like us however and forget to look up the beach’s dog policies , they are not allowed on the beach during certain months. We didn’t know, that’s on us.

We didnt get around to trying the free breakfast but FREE breakfast is always ??? in my book.”

“We messed up our Air b&b dates and needed a room. This was one block from our ab&b house. Checked in at midnight after riding the train up from South Florida. Nice, quiet, clean, and friendly.Walkability: Close to the beach. Downtown would require an Uber or some really good walking shoes. The beach should be enough.Food & drinks: Small room with sodas and snacks. Ice machine is in a different location.”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel late June 2024 and it was an amazing experience considering this is an oceanfront hotel with walking access to the beach! If we ever take another vacation in Jacksonville beach we will definitely return to this hotel!”

“Location location location!! This place was perfect! From the minute we arrived and Stephanie from St Johnsbury, VT was at the desk to all the bar and kitchen staff, the maintenance and cleaning staff and the hotel amenities we were thrilled with our stay!

Thank you for a comfortable and beautiful stay! The room balcony over the ocean was our #1 favorite spot and of course walking from the pool to the beach in less than 1 minute!!!!

The pool and hot tub were clean and warm! Kids were enjoying it too! The hotel has board games in the lobby.

Breakfast team was super friendly! Starbucks coffee made a difference for us!! And those omlets!!! Yummy!!!!

We will be back.

Walkability: Strolling up and down the beach it 1st Street there was lots to see and enojoy!!”

“Shared some pictures of our room and the view we had. We got an oceanfront corner room so our balcony overlooked the parking area on the left and the beach to the front. We kept the doors to the balcony opened the whole time. The only complaint I have is the balcony furniture. I would have expected something nicer or at least with cushions. The whole reason for ocean front is to enjoy the balcony and view. At least we could open the door and curtains and relax on the bed while enjoying the view.

Rooms: Very comfortable with a large walk in closet. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet didn’t hear other guests at all.”

“Great historic building, great location, beach is steps away, good music, drinks, and food in walking distance, clean rooms, rooftop restaurant/bar, full breakfast, and friendly staff. Me and the wife had a great experience, would recommend.”
