“Wow! We had a last minute stay here until our resort was available! I can’t state how fun, hip, accommodating, and cozy this little place is. Room was $145 for Monday night, well worth every penny! 2 beautiful queen beds with clean sheets and blankets. The rooms are small but very clean. My son’s only complaint was no heated pool. However he still attempted to swim(it’s February) hahahaThe front desk is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. A small selection of coke products are available al la cart and cookies plus breakfast!!Eggs, sausage patties, French toast, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and all the normal hotel fare. Please check out this small beach treasure! ❤️”

“We messed up our Air b&b dates and needed a room. This was one block from our ab&b house. Checked in at midnight after riding the train up from South Florida. Nice, quiet, clean, and friendly.Walkability: Close to the beach. Downtown would require an Uber or some really good walking shoes. The beach should be enough.Food & drinks: Small room with sodas and snacks. Ice machine is in a different location.”

“This hotel is in the perfect location in Jacksonville. I was there to go to the Mayo Clinic, but I chose this hotel because I wanted to recover with a view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was $22/day... When I originally booked I misread that breakfast was available, not included. I'm not a huge breakfast fan, so I found local places instead. The cafe with Starbucks coffee was great - and even had oatmilk. The room itself was nice, clean and had an amazing view. It seemed like a mix of the old Marriott and the new Marriott. They were in the process of remodeling, but there is still more to do in the rooms. The bed was mediocre and way too firm. The pull out mattress was a bag of springs. The desks were amazing and the office chair was very comfortable. The view was absolutely incredible. I was on the 5th floor and was able to look at the pool and the beach.I would definitely stay here again, but hopefully they make a few tweaks to freshen up. The staff and the view makes it even better!”

“Lovely lovely hotel. Met my expectations. Rooms were great. Service good. Location was good. I had a lovely view of the beach and pier. There's a restaurant that's really nice and right in hotel. There's a pool as well. Whilst you can get lunch and dinner in the restaurant, would be nice if there were more breakfast options available. A small cafe is on site.”

“My wife and I got married here recently and everything went off without a hitch. Their service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were cold and well-made. Plus, who could beat that beachside view and the beautiful architecture of this building? Couldn't have asked for a better wedding. We didn't have hot water in our wedding suite, though. That's the only thing I could think of to critique.”
