The comment below really disturbs me because I know this staff does not pay attention to race or any other kind of discrimination. You actually do have to go through the app to purchase a new phone and their phone inventory is limited so if they told you there were no more phones thats the truth. They dont lie there. “My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me.
