“I lost my phone and it contained a lot of personal and business information. “Sam” sat me down, assured me everything would be ok, we selected a new phone, she was able to download ALL my emails, messages, business account info, Notes, apps etc and then when I was comfortable it was complete…. Proceeded to delete all information off my old phone to protect any personal banking or records information. She was so organized, professional, reassuring and calming. She saved my day! What a fantastic person and extraordinary employee.. hang on to her T Mobile or I’ll come hire her!!!”
