“I had a truly exceptional experience with Louis Rodriguez Literally his customer service was an INCREDIBLE experience. Louis was super friendly, super helpful, and very personable. He made the stressful experience of activating my new phone after I accidentally dropped and broke my primary device. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the issue I was having with the new device, being able to receive and transmit data but not able to make or receive calls. He gave me the best support and was able to fix and properly activate my device in like 5 – 7 minutes and was super informative about upgrade options and all the perks with upgrading my old account. Truly the best Verizon store experience because of Louis. He has gone above and beyond to help me from the first minute I entered the store.

“Where do I even begin?

About a month ago, I called the store and spoke with Wayne. He assured me they could take care of everything I needed, and he was right. When I came in, Chico greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. My wait was practically nonexistent, and everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.

Today, I came back to replace my cracked screen protector and find a sturdier case because I'm absolutely brutal on my poor phone. King greeted me right away and got me checked in. Congratulations on the new job, King! The store was busy, so I expected at least a 20 to 25 minute wait, but the team was working efficiently, and I was helped much sooner than I anticipated.

Alejandro took care of me, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question I had, helped me find a case that better fit my needs, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Although he couldn't get me the 25% off because I chose the bougie holographic PopSocket. That's on me. 😂

Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team reminded me what it looks like. If you're looking for a wireless store with knowledgeable staff, quality phone accessories, screen protector replacement, and genuinely excellent customer service, this is the place to go. They've definitely earned our business, and this will be our go to store for as long as we're in the area.”
