Fixed a USB flash drive that contained some really sentimental photos and documents.I broke the usb off my flash drive and Fadi explained what we needed to fix it and got the job done at a very reasonable price.He didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee just to tell that he couldn’t fix it. He worked to find a solution and was honest about the process.I’ll definitely be back.”

“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. “went in to buy a new phone and set up a whole new account. there was quite a few bumps in the road between the multiple phone calls to customer service and lack of direction provided, when i took my phone into the store and asked for help after explaining the situation, Tiffany was so quick to offer assistance and made sure she would be there when we needed to come back to ensure the process could be done quickly and efficiently. amazing service, amazing employee!”

“I needed a assistance in determining the best options for my family with an iPhone, iCloud and parent controls for my intellectually disabled son.Kendal, was able to provide us with options and guide us on how to proceed. When I came back for assistance in setting up he took the time to help me set up a family icloud, parental controls, sync up an apple watch and make sure I understood all the products. He was very considerate to the entire family and very personable. I don't believe I would have obtained this service elsewhere. Kendal is the reason I would come back to this store. Note that I did go to the AT&T store on Kernan and Atlantic but no one there was willing to help and they told me to go to the iPhone store or basically figure it out on my own. I was very disenchanted when I left that location but Kendal turned it around for us. Thank you so much Kendal.”

“I visited the AT&T Store at the Town Center in Jax mid February 2024. The Manager (Dee) and Asst. Manager (Melanie) were very knowledgeable and professional. It is very evident that they are great Managers, and their staff is well trained and professional. Employees Dayron, Bobbie and Barbara all assisted me over several visits. They are a great team and are very knowledgeable about all the products and services. Their professionalism, outstanding customer service, friendliness, genuine concern for my needs, a clean and well organized store, and the fact that they saved me a lot of money motivated me to write this review. I switched from Cable (Xfinity) to AT&T Fiber and DirectTV Stream and my bill went from $303 per month with Xfinity, to $160- cut my bill almost in half! Mostly Melanie, but the employees as well showed me how much I could save. Also, I switched from Verizon wireless with 2 lines at $152 per month, to AT&T Wireless at $80, once again cutting my bill almost in half (using the over 55 Florida rate). By getting Wireless and Fiber, I received an additional $20 discount on Internet. The store is busy because it is a large store in a great location with a lot of foot traffic, but I only waited more than a couple of minutes once out of the 3 times I went in to the store. Dayron set up my Fiber and Wireless on one day. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It took some time to set up all the service and two iPhones 15, but he was very efficient and went through the steps as fast as he could. Manager Dee helped him with a technical issue from their software. On another visit, Bobby set up a VOIP line and helped with an iPhone trade in return shipment on another day. He is also knowledgeable and professional. And yesterday Barbara assisted me with a trade in and return of my other iPhone. She also assisted in linking my wife's Apple Watch to her new iPhone. She was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Barbara took some extra time since the store was not too busy at that point, to show me features of the iPhone 15 and camera. In my research, I visited the AT&T store on Baymeadows and Southside. Although their staff were informative, the team at the Town Center store were the most "out of their way" helpful and professional. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and know that as consumers, we have choices. They did not try to upsell anything; they just guide you to make a decision on products and services that fit. I am retired now but was a manager at different levels in my career- I would love to be a worker or a manager with this team. They are friendly, upbeat, work well as a team, and they just seem to have fun while working. Cut the Cable Cord like I did and pay them a visit to see if they can save you as much money as they did me. You will absolutely be blown away by their customer service. Ed L.”

“On 01/18 - My mother and I highly appreciated the outstanding assistance provided by the employee named Joseph during my mother's phone replacement - in which she got an upgrade (as there weren't any models like her older phone). After some eye squinting maneuvers on the old phone's white-out screen, Joseph's expertise ensured a smooth transition of important info in her Samsung Notes to the new device. Despite a busy store, Joseph's humor and patience stood out, making the entire process pleasant and professional. This process finished just before closing time. Kudos for going above and beyond with exemplary customer service. He totally "saved" mom's life ;)”

I would have made other arrangements instead of coming in the car with two sleeping toddlers and no stroller expecting drive up to be available since the app allowed me to check in as usual while driving in. She said let me look at that, went on her phone downloaded voice activation and Voila phone came back on! Still need a new phone, Pixel 6 has had problems. Unfortunately, that will be my replacement..However I'm going out of town and did not have to be with out a phone!! At least I had my phone, thank you thank you Mackenzie! You rock!!”
