“I really love this Home Depot location. It’s one of my go-to stores whenever I need tools, materials, or anything for home projects. The store is usually well organized, and I can typically find what I need without too much trouble.
The staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, whether it’s finding products or getting advice on the right materials for a job. That makes a big difference when you’re in the middle of a project.
There’s also a great selection of tools, equipment, and home improvement supplies, and I like that they usually keep popular items in stock. The self-checkout and regular checkout options both make the process pretty smooth.
Overall, this is a solid, reliable store that makes home improvement work a lot easier. I always leave satisfied and ready to get back to whatever project I’m working on.”

“was getting blown off by one of the workers at 6this store and i kept arguing so she would do her job and stop blowing me off when amanda came in and started resolving my issue on her own quietly and when she got it done she pops out ands says i took care of it and started helping me and while helping me out other customers would walk in and the other girl again would not be doing her job correctly and not showing interest to the customers amanda would jump in and help them amanda deserves a raise and its not the first time i personally have seen her going above and beyond to help the customers thank you amanda again she deserves a bonus raise”

Most recently, he replaced my screen protector quickly and professionally, making sure everything was perfect before I left. Once again, he was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find someone who treats customers with such respect and care.
Walter has helped me multiple times with different issues, and he always goes above and beyond. He didn’t brush me off — he made sure I knew the right steps to take.

“This location is always so helpful and nice. Especially Carson, Donnell, Iyana, and Amayah. The comment below really disturbs me because I know this staff does not pay attention to race or any other kind of discrimination. You actually do have to go through the app to purchase a new phone and their phone inventory is limited so if they told you there were no more phones thats the truth. They dont lie there. I highly recommend this location as they really care and go beyond to help.”

“This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”

“I will never go back to any carrier again after working with the team at the Palm Valley T-Mobile. They were awesome. I was formerly with Verizon and they were always giving me the run-around and never clear on pricing (and overcharging me). I walked into T-Mobile and had a clear understanding of a new plan and upgrades for our phones in minutes! They are transparent and no bullshit. Got a great deal for switching over. Carson, Dee Dee, and Diana were the best! They were patient as we transferred all of our data and super efficient during the switchover process. If you're still with Verizon and AT&T, get away and switch to T-Mobile. It was a game changer for us.”

“My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”
