“First of all, the reviews on this store are legitimate. Like some others, I traveled a decent distance because I what I read. My initial thought, after finding out how expensive the repair was, was to go home and take a 10lb sledge hammer to the Miele vacuum I bought. Mr. Hamilton did what I haven’t seen in a long time… he recognized my frustration during a tough time and called me to ask if I’d come back the next business day and see what could be done to minimize the cost. That alone was what convinced me and the repair was perfect for what was needed. I’ve run across many who make claims of outstanding customer service, but it’s lately that Ive been fortunate to meet those who are genuinely representing their words. Thank you again for your help Johnathan. I can happily say that I was glad to Roger Miele back in action. I know if and when our Roger has to retire, I’ll come to you to find his successor.”

“Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is set up right. We love our new washer and dryer set, it was definitely the best deal we found after searching all over jacksonville. We got same day delivery and they took away our old machines for us. You can truly tell they have a passion for what they do and are very knowledgeable. It didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something but instead they took the time to help me figure out what I truly needed. I can't wait to buy other appliances from them. “I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”

He is totally dedicated to customer service and filling the customers needs selflessly. He has several awards for customer service and wears them proudly, deservedly so. He's great!”

“I went to building 300, which is all the way in the back in the right, they were very nice, it was a little busy back there but not terrible. Best way for a trucker to deliver here is to turn around using the AIIY docks and then back in. Docking procedure is the only reason for 4 stars other than that it was a piece of cake. Go into the main office next to the docks with your paperwork. Tell them Tom sent you haha just kidding!! Foot to the floor son! We got a run to make!!”

“I saw the sign (are you singing?) and decided to explore. One of my artsy bucket list things to try is quilting and I figured a small, local shop might offer classes and guess what?!?! Of course they do! I perused their shop, loving all the quilts, aprons, kids dresses, cloth baskets and bags that were displaying their patterns and kits. Checked out some of their fun fabric prints and bought a couple pieces of lace for not sewing purposes. I chatted up one of the ladies- maybe the owner? She loved my cat shirt and earrings and we were sharing our kitty photos with each other. I will be checking out the classes and hope for some fun Halloween sewing projects! Because I would be ALL ABOUT that! They asked how often I sew- seriously, for costumes mainly. But I can learn, and I used to sew with my mom as a kid. Looks like a fun shop to play!”

“I had a wonderful experience. A young man (Gabriel) called me on last week to inform me I purchased paint and it was still at the store. I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my sister passed as a result of COVID-19 and paint was the farthest thing from my mind. I happened to be on the way to Home Depot this morning and who but Gabriel would call me again to remind me of my purchase!!! This young man was just AWESOME! It was really nice to meet him! “I went to Home Depot to ask about windows and doors and met Jerrell in that department, who answered all my questions. A couple days later I went in with my son for some blinds, and was shocked when Jerrell greeted me by name and asked if I had received the follow up calls from Home Depot!! This man serves hundreds of customers each week and he remembers their names?! Unheard of in today’s service industry. And he once again answered all our questions and took care of the customer blind order we needed.
Home Depot, I sincerely hope you recognize and compensate this stellar, loyal employee and all the expert knowledge he provides to your potential customers. He’s the reason we didn’t go check other providers!”

“Simple, efficient and straightforward. I rented a utility trailer and it was ready to pick up and in great condition. I needed to extend the rental time window and I was able to call and talk to a person; super easy. No weird fees or bs extra charges. Will absolutely be renting from them again.

“I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”
