About Johnstone Supply
Johnstone Supply The Ware Group is recognized as a leading HVAC/R Wholesale Distributor, offering access to over 70,000 locally stocked products for quick delivery. Customers appreciate the good prices and the wide selection of supplies available. The staff, particularly at the sales counter, have received positive feedback for their service. However, experiences can vary; some former employees noted issues with management and workplace dynamics, which impacted their overall experience. Additionally, delivery times can be slow, causing frustrations for outside carriers. Despite these challenges, the business remains committed to making it easier for HVACR contractors to find the equipment, parts, and supplies they need.
