I only dropped a friend off here but it's a little shady looking, I didn't go inside so I can't tell you much more, seems to be a lot of panhandlers and homeless in the area.

Safety: Both doors into hotel are locked. Must have key to access.
Walkability: There is a corner store 480 feet away
