“This is the third time we’ve used Gerber Collision, and once again, they were absolutely excellent! My daughter was in a minor fender bender, and her Toyota Corolla needed front-end repairs. From start to finish, the team at Gerber and USAA made the process smooth and stress-free.
In our previous experiences, we worked with Curtis, who was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly—he even told me when a repair on my son’s car could wait, which I really appreciated. His honesty and knowledge made a big impression.
This time, we worked with Wendy, and she was fantastic, too! She kept us well-informed with regular updates, explained everything in detail when I picked up the car, and handled all communication with the insurance company. “I was greeted a the front desk by Eric, the General Manager on Phillips Highway. He wore a smile that was as wide as the Atlantic Ocean that made me feel welcome. I told him about the problem I had. We walked outside so I could show him the sticky stuff on the hood of the car. He asked if he could drive it to the back to see if he could remove the sticky stuff. In less than 10 minutes, he returned with another smile on his face and said he had removed it. Eric made my day because I thought he was going to say the car needed a paint job. Instead, he took me outside and showed me his work.
Gerber Collision has always been the place I have gone to for collision repair or to remove minor scratches on the car. They have not let me down yet. Eric maintained good customer service skills throughout the whole process. You will never go wrong by selecting Gerber Collision to repair your work because they treat you with courtesy, professionalism, and most importantly kindness.

“(I'm late writing this review !)I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair.Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip.Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !”
