The aisles were sufficiently wide and not blocked with lots of displays. When I did find someone to help, he pointed me in the right direction and helped me realize the store location in the Lowes app on my phone was set incorrectly.”

A couple days later I went in with my son for some blinds, and was shocked when Jerrell greeted me by name and asked if I had received the follow up calls from Home Depot!! This man serves hundreds of customers each week and he remembers their names?! Unheard of in today’s service industry. And he once again answered all our questions and took care of the customer blind order we needed.

I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. “I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”
