I had a “not-so-good experience” with another representative at a competitor local Jacksonville Verizon store, who in my opinion, was not very cooperative! I’ve been in sales and business development for 35 years and the bottom line is that to be successful, you need to listen to your customer, in order to provide them what they actually need, along what they want. Darius did exactly that and I would highly recommend him if you’re interested in purchasing a Verizon product or service!”

“My first experience with iFix & Cell was top notch! I contacted another store and ordered a screen replacement for my phone only to be told the day of fixing that the worker ordered the wrong screen. I then called iFix and he ordered the screen right then and repaired my screen by the next day 2pm. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go!!”

“After being with T-Mobile for many years, I switched to a different company solely because of a cheaper price. After a month, I switched back to T-Mobile because I missed the high quality. The process was not fun and I had to come to the store multiple times. Each time I came to the store, the customer service was AMAZING and I left knowing that the staff members that worked to get me switched back to T-Mobile had done their best work to assist me with my issues.”
“Coming into this store was such a breath of fresh air! I walked in with my girlfriend into an already crowded store and was immediately greeted politely by more than one sales associate. Damien was the one who assisted me with what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I needed, exactly where it was and had me in and out of there in about five minutes. He even put my screen protector on my phone for me and on top of that was cool as all get out. He was the only person out of three different phone stores I had gone to that day who didn't try to give me the run around or try to talk me into something I didn't want just to make a sale, VERY helpful! I'll be going back the next time I need a new phone.”

“Highly recommend working with Freddy if you come to this location. Came in because my WiFi speeds at the house were not what they should be according to the plan that I currently have, and Freddy was quick to help. He looked up my account and was able to determine that the modem that I had did not support the speeds for the current plan I had. Not only was he able to quickly assess and resolve my issue, he also noticed that my contract expired and asked if I wanted to re-sign a new contract so that I would save a substantial amount of money on the bill each month. From entering the store, Freddy was able to find and resolve my issue, save me money, all while training a new associate and ALSO assisting another customer, I was in and out in 15 minutes!”

I was able to keep my number I’ve had for 20 years and it was relatively painless! We did have to wait about a half hour but that wasn’t their fault there was a lot of people and most issues take time. He was very apologetic and kind.”

“Great customer service! I use to avoid Verizon stores. Been with Verizon over 25 years. Did all my purchasing online because I use to get better customer service. My daughter went to the Durban for help with her phone earlier this year. She told me how helpful and nice they were to her. A few months ago I went there to get some help and questions asked. Very knowledgeable and helpful in everywhere. I took my mom there three other day, they took special care for her needs. She's not tech savvy, so they took the time to get everything she wanted set up on her phone. I was very impressed. A special thank you to Noel.”

Coming from Comcast where I'd have to talk to a automated service for an hour then talk to a person in another country for an hour then get a tech schedule to come out a week later, IQ Fiber has been so impressive to me. I had one issue, I'm talking to an actual person within a minute and getting a tech out the same day to resolve the issue. The performance of their service is also amazing. Please IQ Fiber never change your current customer service it is leauges better than any other company out there!”
