“The service was impeccable! I hate that I can't remember the three gentlemen who assisted me on Tuesday. One was a newly hired GM, and I had never seen him at this location before. Nevertheless, his customer service was Outstanding! I loved how he 360° around the store ensuring everyone was acknowledged promptly upon entering the store! Today traded in a phone at the Normandy Village T Mobile store. Must say the service was outstanding, although It was very busy Brianna made sure all customers who walked through the doors was placed in the system. I contacted another store and ordered a screen replacement for my phone only to be told the day of fixing that the worker ordered the wrong screen. I then called iFix and he ordered the screen right then and repaired my screen by the next day 2pm. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go!!”

“I know that I probably sound weird raving about our internet company, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with IQ Fiber. So much that when our daughter purchased the house next to us, she hired them as well. When they came out last week, an animal had chewed through the line so they re-ran the wire to get it running. Yesterday, the internet quit again so they came out again to find the same issue. Instead of doing the same thing, expecting different results, the technician Anton Van Buskirk thought outside the box and although it was more work for him, ran the wire around the house elevated off the ground.
This is why I love this company!! They are concerned with solving the problem instead of getting on to the next call.
