“We had a few light scratches that a visitor caused in our new counter top that we purchased from Florida Design Works. I called them to see if anything could be done. They sent two knowledgeable technicians who used a few products and were able to rub the scratches away. Our counter top now looks amazing

“This Ikea was pretty crowded (Monday, MLK day, around 1pm) when my wife and I visited, so be prepared to wear your mask and mind your social distancing. Upon entering, the bathrooms are easily accessible on the right hand side of the entrance/lobby, so it's convenient if you already need to go after a long road trip :) My wife said the ladies' room was clean and no lines to wait for a stall. The family restroom (a lockable private bathroom) where I went was fairly clean as well.
Overall, lots of furniture and kitchen displays to try out and enjoy. We observed plenty of interior design tips and color pairings that we wanted to try out in our own living space. We had a lot of fun even if we had to avoid the more crowded spots. They didn't have the couch we were interested in, but the furniture clerk, Michele, was very helpful in attempting to find it and explain which warehouse might have it. Of course, check online. Michele also showed us a mind-boggling shortcut to the furniture pickup area from the sofa display room that was definitely not on the map...TARDIS moment right there ?
The chair we were looking for in the furniture pick-up aisles was not in the designated spot where Michele gave us a printout for, but we were able to locate it with the help of an untagged Ikea inventory manager (it was a few aisles down in the center where the sales items were).
Sidenote: The parking lot can get super hectic. While we were shopping, our car got scratched on a rear plastic side panel. It could've been anybody since the vehicle we were parked next to when we first arrived was not the same one as when we came back from shopping and when we noticed the scratch, we were finishing up loading the car. The parking lot is not designed to fit all sizes of vehicles and parking spaces should be wider to accommodate the more common trucks, SUVs, and minivans that are on the road nowadays.
We probably will not come back again until the parking situation changes and bathrooms are cleaned more often in between customers. Aside from that, if you just want to see the furniture that you're planning to buy online from Ikea.com, this is a good place to check it out.”

“We were blessed to find Greystone to do our kitchen remodel. They helped us every step of the way and their suggestions were invaluable. The workers were skilled, hardworking, efficient and eager to please. For example, they had to put some wooden bracing under my sink to support my new behemoth sink -my pride and joy. I was fine with the raw wood since it’s hidden inside my cabinet; but they insisted on finishing it (at no additional charge to me). Now the inside of my under sink cabinet looks like a finished piece of furniture.
Bill Reifer our project manager treated our home as if it were his own and made sure every detail was perfect.
Our office point person, Denise was so kind and understanding. I had to postpone installation (which I’m sure was inconvenient for them) because of medical issues and hospital tests. When Denise called the night of my tests I thought it was to pin down a new installation date. I was wrong. She just wanted to check on me and let me know she was praying for me. I was blown away. Such kindness is rare and I was/am grateful

“I went to woodcraft for my first time, and it was a great experience the store beautifully laid out and very well stocked. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. There's no woodcraft in Canada and that's a good thing as I would spend way too much if it were handy. When I come again it's on my list of places to go to”
“I recently visited Floor & Decor on Brightman Blvd. and had the pleasure of being assisted by a fine young man named Brodrick. I had a damaged tile that needed to be replaced, and Brodrick promptly notified a manager to approve the return, making the process smooth and easy.
Next, I needed to match some existing hardwood laminate flooring that is no longer manufactured. Brodrick took the time to show me several options that were close in color, size, and material. We ended up finding a great match. I also needed a small amount of tile for a step, and based on my sample and measurements, he showed me several possibilities. Again, I found a perfect fit.
After checking out, Brodrick helped me take everything to my car and loaded it for me. Stores truly need more employees like him. He was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
The store itself was clean, very well stocked, and fairly priced. Although I only worked directly with Brodrick, all the other staff I encountered took the time to smile and say hello.
