I walked into the store and looked at the phones it says that I can buy a phone for $99 iphone for free. When I asked about the phone she said I bought the last one I had just walked in he didn't even get my name or information he was rude I didn't even try to sell me a phone or anything. Now I want to switch carriers.

The customer service was not good. The store personnel was no help. I had to call customer service for the assistance I needed.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are scammers and will find a way to overcharge you for products or services. I was overcharged for internet service and customer service center isn’t going to help or do anything about it either. I recommend going to 8021 Phillips Hwy if you need a Metro store.
