Tiffany was one of the most amazing customer service representatives I have ever encountered in a metro solve my problem promptly and was just overall very friendly and easygoing will definitely be back to the store!!

Mahir is the best. I came in for help with my SIM card reader and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable even when I had doubts about whether it was actually fixed and made him explain it twice he never made me feel rushed or brushed off. You can tell he loves what he does, which honestly is rare. Highly recommend!

The customer service was not good. The store personnel was no help. I had to call customer service for the assistance I needed.
