“This is about the 6th time I have used Helping Hands movers. I had a wonderful experience with them. They work hard and quickly to get the job done. The team was very kind. As for areas of improvement, it would be nice if all team members were actively involved in the physical moving portion. If the quote is for 3 people for a certain number of hours, all 3 people should be actively engaged in the moving of the items (not just involved in the loading, but then only help unload once). I understand prices have increased for everyone, but the service is pricey. The quote was for 3 movers for 3 hours which includes 30 minutes travel to and 30 minutes travel return. So 2 hours of physical moving time (not including the travel between locations). In reality, I received 3 movers for 1 hour, 2 movers for 1 more hour and 1 mover for about 15-20 minutes. Hopefully this can improve as I had a similar experience last time, but thought maybe it was just a rough day. I still look forward to working together in the future.”

I had a 400 pound cast iron tub that needed to be moved from my carport to the upstairs bathroom. I knew I didn’t want my husband to risk personal injury (or have to live with my wrath if he destroyed my banister) so we called movers. The first company didn’t show up, the second company showed up but were unprepared and even asked me to help them.
I called Royal just based on their ratings and I’m so glad I did. The guys showed up on time, had the right tools for the job, and made quick work of it. Not to mention, they were all great communicators and had lots of personality. If I ever need anything moved again, I will definitely use Royal. 100/10 DO RECOMMEND.”
