Pro Vet Supply has earned a forever customer after the kindness I experienced here. I was out walking my dog when she picked up a chicken wing from the street and refused to let it go. She’s a rescue and can get aggressive around food, and I was terrified she’d choke on the bone. Luckily this shop was nearby so I rushed in hoping to find something to bribe her with.
The person working (possibly the owner) went above and beyond. He immediately helped me find a treat—an actual chicken foot—that would tempt her to drop the wing, and even helped me safely get it out of her mouth. He insisted the chicken foot was free, which was incredibly kind in a moment when I was panicking.
The shop itself has a great selection of food, treats, toys, and supplies, all at reasonable prices. It’s conveniently located, clean, and clearly run by people who genuinely care about our furry family members. I picked up some treats while I was there, and my dog loves them.
I’m so grateful for the compassion and help I received during such a stressful moment. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business.

Lots of vegetables and herbs for the same price, or cheaper, as the big garden centers. Cheap pots & great potting soil. Employees that take pride in the products they offer. Someone's always willing to help you to the car. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask. There's a good chance there's some in the back. Bunnies for $25 (vs. $100+ at pet stores). Parrot food, dog food, chicks, pest control, flea treatments, you never know what you may find

They do an amazing job and are very flexible. I acquired a sweet senior havanese who had not been groomed in months and they did such a phenomenal job getting her back in shape that I brought my senior shepherd/lab mix for a bath and deshed. I bathe her monthly but can never seem to get her completely clean or shed free. Highly, highly recommend!

They had very timely responses and were very friendly, I was told the grooming could take 3 to 4 hours, but my girl was done in an hour and a half. The best part about this was the price, I paid just under $100 for my cat to get her lion cut which is significantly cheaper than I have paid previously. The facility looks nice and well kept, and as I previously stated, everyone was very friendly. My girl loves to get trimmed and she was purring on her way out of the facility so we will definitely be back.

From the smallest question to a true emergency, they were always there. They always answered the phone, always took our concerns seriously, and consistently treated our dogs with so much kindness and care.
One of our dogs even needed emergency surgery after jumping through a window. Dr. November and his team were absolutely incredible with my boy and did an amazing job taking care of him — but what I’ll never forget is how they took care of me, too. I was completely beside myself, and they not only helped get me cleaned up, but they calmed me down, reassured me, and made an incredibly scary situation feel a little less terrifying.
That level of care is rare. They genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them.
When we moved away from Jacksonville, we knew this was one of the things we would miss the most. And we were right. We’ve moved on to a new chapter, but we still talk about how much we miss this vet.
There is truly no one better. If you’re looking for a vet who will love your animals, be there when you need them, and care about you just as much — this is the place.

I really appreciate and respect that she always provides options if possible and cares about cost to the owners along with providing the absolute best care.

From before we even dropped Brunson off, communication was phenomenal. Throughout the two weeks, George kept us updated with pictures, phone calls, and regular updates on how Brunson was doing and progressing. As much as we missed him, knowing he was in such great hands made the whole process so much easier.
What really stood out to us was that the training didn’t stop when we picked Brunson up. George spent a ton of time with us afterward essentially “training the humans” — teaching us how to properly communicate with Brunson, reinforce everything he learned, and continue his training at home. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident before we left, and he has continued to communicate with us even after bringing Brunson home.
You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with and want both the dog AND the owners to be successful long-term.
Brunson came home happy, confident, and with such a great foundation for us to continue building on. We are incredibly grateful for the time, patience, and care George and his team put into him.
10/10 experience and absolutely a 5-star recommendation from us. If you’re considering a board and train, we would recommend them without hesitation!

I am completely self aware that I am an overly anxious dog owner. I have tons of questions, I ask a lot of follow ups, and I have a long list of concerns a mile long about all things related to my dog. The folks at Bark never made me feel like a bother. They answered each question in-depth and with great assurance.I took my dog there for roughly three years and he always darted excitedly right through the front door and then he always left exhausted from play. If there was an issue, Bark immediately reached out. When I boarded him, if they had any questions related to his feeding, medication, etc. - they’d reach out. If I was running late from work, they’d accommodate. I have lived in a lot of cities and my dog has been in a lot of daycares, and I have never had more peace of mind when dropping Jax off here.I really can’t recommend this place enough and the thing I’ve been dreading the most since leaving Jacksonville is finding a place I’ll trust nearly as much. Really can’t thank everyone who’s worked here and treated our dog like family for all they’ve done for us!

Hacker traveled in a spacious, comfortable vehicle and was given plenty of opportunities for walks and breaks along the way. He even spent the night in a hotel! Throughout his 1.5-day journey, we received timely photo and video updates, which gave us great peace of mind.
Hacker arrived happy, relaxed, and honestly looked like he had enjoyed a little vacation away from us 😅.
We are very grateful for the excellent care and communication and would highly recommend this service to anyone needing safe and comfortable transportation for their pet.

Our server on the other hand was terrible from the start. He came over, basically just asked what we wanted and we said water because we hadn’t looked at the menu yet. He let out a big sigh and I was so surprised that I said that couldn’t be because of us ordering water to start. So he comes back and we order food AND drinks and he is literally can’t pay attention to what we are ordering because he is itching to get away from the table. Then another table walks in and he dances over to their table, introduced himself and told them all the drinks specials… he didn’t bother to even introduce himself properly to us. So we got our 55 dollar tab, made sure he seen the 15 cash while my partner paid with card and then I politely gave it the performer while he watched. I left a note in a way I believe he can understand explaining why I gave that tip to her since he wanted to judge us off of either our skin or us just ordering water first. It’s sad cause we lived the atmosphere and the food. His name is Javier by the way which I only know from our receipt.

I ended up trying the Sumac Smash Burger and the Nazareth Hot Chicken, and both were excellent. The fries were well seasoned, and even the ketchup was flavored to match the flavor profile of the other food. It’s a great spot to stop for a meal if you're in the area. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m nearby.

They ate naturally docile, gentle, and eager to please which the racing industry takes full advantage of. If you are ready for a pet in your life, the greyhound is a very good choice. As mentioned before, Greyhounds are sensitive, and those retired or rescued from the racing industry may need a little extra tender loving care which will be returned to the caregiver threefold.

Chandler Oaks Drive, JacksonvilleLegends of Denmark is the best bulldog breeder around. I am more that happy with my newest puppy, she is healthy, has great genetics and has an amazing personality. I know I will not have problems with her like I've had with other bulldogs from other breeders. I know Legends of Denmark is not in it solely for the money, they care about the quality of their litters and the people they are going home with. I will always be a bulldog owner and I will never purchase another bulldog from anyone else, Legends of Denmark has a lifetime customer. Thanks guys!

I used to be in the vet industry and have seen these types of facilities. You'd be lucky to get your pet's cremains back. Jimmy was compassionate over the phone and flexible with scheduling.
