Pro Vet Supply has earned a forever customer after the kindness I experienced here. I was out walking my dog when she picked up a chicken wing from the street and refused to let it go. She’s a rescue and can get aggressive around food, and I was terrified she’d choke on the bone. Luckily this shop was nearby so I rushed in hoping to find something to bribe her with.
The person working (possibly the owner) went above and beyond. He immediately helped me find a treat—an actual chicken foot—that would tempt her to drop the wing, and even helped me safely get it out of her mouth. He insisted the chicken foot was free, which was incredibly kind in a moment when I was panicking.
The shop itself has a great selection of food, treats, toys, and supplies, all at reasonable prices. It’s conveniently located, clean, and clearly run by people who genuinely care about our furry family members. I picked up some treats while I was there, and my dog loves them.
I’m so grateful for the compassion and help I received during such a stressful moment. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business.

I had tried to cut my dog nail at home and I had by accident cut the quick and she was bleeding and I ran to them. It was first thing when they opened. I was in a panic and the woman was super calm, which helped me be calm. She brought out some powder immediately, took my dog and helped me and helped my dog. The bleeding stopped immediately, and she took over and trimmed my doggie’s nails, but more than that. It was the kindness that they showed and The human connection. I like this place. And I was extremely grateful and never ever will. I attempt to trim my dogs nails on my own again. They always do a really good job on my dogs nail trimming.

They do an amazing job and are very flexible. I acquired a sweet senior havanese who had not been groomed in months and they did such a phenomenal job getting her back in shape that I brought my senior shepherd/lab mix for a bath and deshed. I bathe her monthly but can never seem to get her completely clean or shed free. Highly, highly recommend!

From the first phone call to the moments I was walking out the door, every employee showed nothing but care and passion for their job. Unfortunately, I left the office with one less family member than when I walked in. It was her time. They provided honest opinions and realistic options for what I could’ve expected had my sweet girl came home with me. They gave me plenty of time (in office per my request) to say my goodbyes and made the process at quick and pain free as possible for the both of us. My fiance and I gave a dog and plan to switch to coastal vet for her care in the future.

I brought my senior Pomeranian, who has a cardiac issue, in for a chronic cough on a Friday afternoon. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome and we were quickly shown to an exam room. The vet and tech were kind and did a thorough exam of my very nervous boy. The followed up the next couple of days to check on his progress. I'll soon be transferring the records of my other 2 dogs soon.

3633 Crown Point Rd, JacksonvilleWe were extremely fortunate to find this vet. My little man was not acting himself and we had 2 different vet offices we were using before finding this vet clinic. Neither of his vets were listening to me just running blood work and telling me he was healthy and fine. When I stumbled on this vet on Google I called and even as a new patient they welcomed up with in a day with a new appointment. They listened to what I had to say and actually put their hands on him and not just run blood work. I was advised to head straight to the ER with him to get MRI. I called back the next day bc the we was inconclusive and a different Dr at this clinic met with me and also actually put her hands on him. Together we reviewed his previous vets reports, the ers reports and she felt something in his stomach area. If this vet just did what everyone else was doing I don't think Devin would be with me today. She was thorough, listened and we weren't just an appointment to her. It's been almost a year and Devin is doing good even with a diagnosis of lymphoma bc these ladies take the time and care even when they are booked to help you. Highly recommend this clinic and staff

I am completely self aware that I am an overly anxious dog owner. I have tons of questions, I ask a lot of follow ups, and I have a long list of concerns a mile long about all things related to my dog. The folks at Bark never made me feel like a bother. They answered each question in-depth and with great assurance.I took my dog there for roughly three years and he always darted excitedly right through the front door and then he always left exhausted from play. If there was an issue, Bark immediately reached out. When I boarded him, if they had any questions related to his feeding, medication, etc. - they’d reach out. If I was running late from work, they’d accommodate. I have lived in a lot of cities and my dog has been in a lot of daycares, and I have never had more peace of mind when dropping Jax off here.I really can’t recommend this place enough and the thing I’ve been dreading the most since leaving Jacksonville is finding a place I’ll trust nearly as much. Really can’t thank everyone who’s worked here and treated our dog like family for all they’ve done for us!

In conclusion, it was well worth every penny. My dogs loved the drive, 5 days later they were rested well taken care of in a way that for me was incomprehensible.
Pictures every day along with text messages about the trip.
You get what you pay for and I’d do this again and again bc our dogs are priceless.

She was so cheery and friendly, and walked us through everything every step of the way. She even came from behind the counter to explain it to us face to face. The customization is awesome, and the variety is great. Would love to see some more options in the future like matcha or strawberry milks and rotating toppings (maybe different toppings vs ingredients so that you get more variety?) but we LOVED it nonetheless! My husband and I both got a regular and it was way too big so we could have shared one. Their portions are generous and the quality was great.
For those who have never been:
You choose your cup size, add fillings, add your cream base, then hand it to them to freeze up in a mixer for you. They then scoop it back out once frozen into your cup or a cone, if you buy a cone, and then you get to add toppings on top before chowing down! I will say the toppings are hard to put on because the scoop is only so big on the cup or cone and they mostly fall off, but still really good.
We would absolutely come back again and if a lay visiting friends or family asked for good ice cream, we would (and will be) bringing them here! Don't go anywhere!

I ended up trying the Sumac Smash Burger and the Nazareth Hot Chicken, and both were excellent. The fries were well seasoned, and even the ketchup was flavored to match the flavor profile of the other food. It’s a great spot to stop for a meal if you're in the area. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m nearby.

They ate naturally docile, gentle, and eager to please which the racing industry takes full advantage of. If you are ready for a pet in your life, the greyhound is a very good choice. As mentioned before, Greyhounds are sensitive, and those retired or rescued from the racing industry may need a little extra tender loving care which will be returned to the caregiver threefold.
