My 2 minischnauzers are my precious children, and as a retired MD I am very picky about their care. Dr. Bredehoeft gave the most comprehensive physical exam I have ever seen on a dog! We had very interesting, enjoyable, and thorough medical discussions. He and his staff are very competent and caring, and I am so happy to have found this place.

The food was as great as Mr Cab. My husband had roasted stuffed avocados with jerk chicken. He really enjoyed them and has never had anything like that. They definitely have original menu items which we both appreciate. I tried a couple of their tacos (smash burger and gyro) and they were delicious. Fresh ingredients executed perfectly. Can't wait to go back and try more.

475 Durbin Pavilion Dr Ste 103, St JohnsWe enjoyed dinner here as a family on March 28, 2026. We were welcomed by employees and they were kind and respectful during our ordering process. Last month I accidentally left my purse behind at one of the tables after enjoying lunch there. One of the employees, Fernando, saw my purse after I left and brought it behind the ordering counter to keep it safe. I realized about 10 minutes later when I was shopping somewhere else that I had my left overs with me but not my purse. I immediately went back and Fernando was able to help me and gave my purse back to me. I forgot to write a positive review when it happened (February 2026) so I am including that in this review. So thankful for the honesty of the employees and for keeping my purse safe for me to come back to get it. The employees were very attentive during both of my visits, checking in to make sure our group was doing ok and taking empty plates and trash from our table. We will definitely continue to support this restaurant and encourage others to do so as well.

We know the owners, fantastic husband & wife team, they both make it one of the best Italian restaurants in Jax area. The piano ? man, Roger Wood is so talented. He is such an old soul musician, plays the crooner standards that Baby Boomers love. Did I mention the food is fantastic. Vito's is such a fun time. We always leave there with a full belly, happy memories, and wanting to return soon. Well done ?.

I wish I had the name of the young lady that worked our table but she gave us one of the best experiences in eating out I've ever had in my 72 years. My daughter was talking about it being the birthday of her daughter)one of my grandson's) in our conversations among each other. Unbeknownst to us she arranged for birthday celebration including singing, and pictures of my grandson with a somebrero & birthday treats.
