“Emery, the USPS clerk at the time, was working all by herself and had an amazing energy and aura to her while handling roughly 12 customers. Her multitasking skills and efficiency were unrealistic and unmatched. I’ve been going to the post office for a very, very long time, and this is the first experience I have ever had or did not feel like it was just another day at the post office. I commend her and absolutely applaud her customer service skills, multitasking skills, and efficiency.”

“Personally, I had a great experience at this Post Office. Definitely a step up (and then some) service and speed wise from others in Jacksonville. I only went in there for a money order, and it only took as long as it did because I anticipated it would take forever, and did what’s called a “will call ride” with the paratransit service, and had to wait a beat on them to pick me up. If I hadn’t of I would have been in and out in 15 minutes. This will definitely be the one I go to from now on in the area if I have to go to the PO!”

“I know USPS employees often get a bad rap for poor customer service, but I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Bindu and Latrice when applying for a passport. Their professionalism, efficiency and courteous demeanour made this one of the best customer experiences I’ve had with any company. They were quick, helpful and genuinely pleasant to interact with. They deserve a promotion, raise or at the very least a bonus. Kudos to them!”

“Built like a medieval castle with a moat, somewhat scarred from battle, you walk in to see a long line and your heart sinks. But then you realize this place is run like a super efficient war zone ER. I’ve found almost all post offices in Jax to be sub-standard but this location rises above. All the workers i’ve met are professional and (this is huge) take your issue as if it’s their own. From a package delayed for my wedding to dealing with Xfinity’s weird thing about “proper address”, I’ve never had a bad experience. Had one postal employee call me personally to make sure I got my package. Even with the high volume of customers they always seem to be happy and polite to each one.”

“Yeah a few of their employees can be pretty rude... But this location still deserves 10 stars because I'm totally smitten by the beautiful Nubian princess that helped me the last couple times. I never got her name .....she's the one with the lashes. Girl, you are so incredibly fine id put up with everyone else in the place treating me like a dog the whole time, they could even beat my a** the whole time and I'd still go to this location just to be in your presence for a few min. You are so very gorgeous!!!!!
