“We went for new clothes. My son is 6 foot and it's hard to find clothes for him. He's about a 5x and the store didn't have much to offer. We did however find clothing he liked and we ordered it through the store. There was 1 person working and bless her heart she was running all over the place. Line was long. They did have more casual clothes in his size. Alot of shoes and accessories like belts, underwear and undershirts. It was an okay experience. Just wish they carried more variety for his size.”

“I want to shout out TRINA for the phenomenal service and attention to make sure my boots were customized to my true foot size. Never rushed me and my partner, answered every question I had. She is a role model for customer service and provided a personalized experience. I called ahead and the shoes were put on hold since I had a 3 hour drive there. She confirmed the availability and waited for my arrival. She even stayed past closing to make sure the boot was right for me. I’m beyond appreciative for her kindness and attention to detail. “Yesterday I went in to look for boots, found a pair that I wanted and realized there was a stain (ended up being glue) on them. Told the manager, Paige, about it. I asked her if maybe they had a wet cloth to see if it would come off, that would be great! It was the last pair so I couldn't just swap. She took her time to try to clean them as best she could, spent about 25 mins doing so and even gave me a discount for the trouble! She was amazing and is definitely manager material! Not just because she tried to clean the boot, her customer service is excellent! Please recognize her!”

“My husband had been wanting these super expensive Gucci shoes that were not being produced for YEARS. They finally came out with them and I got them for our 10 year wedding anniversary. A few weeks later he spilled gas on them and they were ruined. It was the end of the world that evening especially finding out they no longer sell them in his size due to being out of stock again, just one month later. He tried fixing them himself and made them worse. In desperation I took them to this shop and they said it would take 2 weeks and they would try their best. I called today, only 1 week later, and they said they ended up dying them. My heart sank thinking what if they were ruined more?? To my surprise they look incredible!! As if they came from the factory this way. The staff here is very helpful and clearly know what they are doing. Will come back here for all my shoe needs. Can’t thank you enough!!!!”

“I never got good service at these places. My son ask me for real Jordan's for his birthday. I was referred buy a coworker. When we got to the store a lady asked me how can I help you. I replied with I need some Jordan's the old school. She pointed to the clearance rack. The shoes my son wanted they didn't have it in his size. My son pointed to a shoe and the lady said they just came out. With the special attention the lady gave us my husband said give him the shoes. I never paid 210.00 for a pair of shoes in my life. My son was shocked and happy. The lady made the purchase very special. His daddy later that day ask what does the 23 mean. He replied that I was born October 23rd”
