I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Staples. The cashier and supervisor went above and beyond. Additionally, when I returned some recycled ink just as they were about to close, they kindly kept the door open for a few extra minutes so that I could deliver the ink.

In all my visits to Staples, Paschalene has been professional, kind, and beyond helpful. It truly only took my very first visit to recognize that she is a rare gem in a customer service environment and I am finally writing this review - don't lose Paschalene!!
