The UPS Store is an excellent location for shipping and returns, described as the best run UPS store ever. It offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. The store is incredibly clean and tidy, with no panic or chaos, just organization and peace. The staff and owners are friendly, polite, and kind, providing customer service that is out of this world. They are incredibly helpful, patient, speedy, and efficient. They take care of packages like their own and help find the best way and price to ship, including with fragile packaging and insurance. They offer fair prices and customer rewards cards for discounts. It is a locally owned and operated store, with a great team that makes customers feel at ease, knowing everything will be handled perfectly.
Everytime I arrive, always friendly. I never had to print a label or bring a box when returning items, and I never paid any fees either. I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE, and if you don't believe me...GO ANYWHERE ELSE...you will be disappointed.
