The store is incredibly clean and tidy, with no panic or chaos, just organization and peace. The staff and owners are friendly, polite, and kind, providing customer service that is out of this world. They are incredibly helpful, patient, speedy, and efficient. They take care of packages like their own and help find the best way and price to ship, including with fragile packaging and insurance. They offer fair prices and customer rewards cards for discounts. It is a locally owned and operated store, with a great team that makes customers feel at ease, knowing everything will be handled perfectly.

Great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The store was also extremely clean, organized, and even smelled amazing! You can tell they take pride in keeping the place nice for their customers. Excellent customer service all around!
