“This Verizon store and it's employees should serve as a model for exemplary business ethics and quality customer support and service. We walked in, were greeted at the door and offered assistance right away. The store is quite large, very clean and organized and while many customers were being helped simultaneously, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Levon in particular was exceptionally professional, kind and knowledgeable. My husband's phone was hacked. My 86 yr old mother and I also needed an upgraded more secure phone which we were both anxious about. Levon not only ensured we got the best deal possible but sat patiently while we both asked a million questions. He walked us through everything after completing the new phone set up and offered on-going support in the future if/when we need it. As an intelligent person who is admittedly threatened by new technology, my angst was alleviated by Levon's professionalism, patience and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. I will now never go anywhere else but this Verizon store for any of my cell phone, tablet, or Verizon service needs. Just knowing we now have such invaluable technology support so close by
was worth the headache and aggravation of being hacked. Thank you Levon!!!

“Lina was the representative that greeted me when I walked in. I told her I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 15 promax to a 17 promax. She got me the most trade in for my old phone and was able to easily answer any questions I had. Lina was very professional and very quick in doing this all for me. I was in and out within 15 mins and had my new phone. She went even further to explain my first bill and what to expect with the credits of the trade in and activation fee so there are no surprises. It’s nice when people can be straight up with you. 10/10 service. I highly recommend to ask for Lina if you are in the treasure coast or palm city area at the Martin downs AT&T location. “Ally and Christian were absolutely AMAZING!!!! my family, and I finally made the switch over from android to iPhone from having an android since they very first came out, my self, my husband and my 13-year-old daughter all made the switch to an iPhone. Ally and Christian were so patient and answered every song question I had and I am a very indecisive person so doing this was not an easy thing and they helped me through it. Now after about a week of having our IPhones I would never go back to android! I'm so happy and so grateful for their help!!!”
