He even stayed late to ensure all my info got transferred from my old damaged phone to the new one. He had a great attitude, and was very knowledgeable. “Went to T-Mobile to get educated on the phones, their plans and their equipment. We were greeted by Dee as soon as we walked in - she let me know she would be with us shortly. We are long time AT&T customers and Dee took all the time we needed to discuss our current plan versus a T-Mobile plan. Dee and Adam were so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We did select T-Mobile and both Adam and Dee transferred everything from our old phones to our new phones and made sure any PERKS we were entitled to like HULU on T-Mobile was activated. Their customer is phenomenal!!”

If you go to the one that's nearby, you will regret it.The other store lied and said I was not eligible for a promotion, even though I had the terms in writing. They simply refused to look at them.When I went here, I was prepared for another argument, but the experience was the complete opposite. I was greeted with a smile, honesty and gratitude. There was an altercation involving another irrational customer that could have escalated into a very bad situation, but both Carlos and Collin handled it with great maturity, patience, and calmness.
