“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”

“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”
“The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. You deserve to be promoted as you have so many skills. The employee was a very in shape looking Mexican male with glasses, and he helped out everyone including the white females. Corporate sent a replacement phone and with the employee's help we were able to swap them out. This employee showed great competence, and honestly, he could probably manage a French fry machine at McDonald's - if I had to guess.”

“if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”
