“I had a minor problem with a battery, I called Abyss and Ryan answered the phone right away and took care of the problem by sending me a brand new battery. Even though he was traveling, he got the battery shipped out the same day and I received it in 2 days. Excellent service and quality batteries. I will be buying more from them for sure.”

“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”
“Dropped PS5 off in the morning for HDMI port repair also USB port, had it done by the end of the day with very very good price. And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. I'm not really sure if it was already broken before I brought it in, so I'm not really worried about that as most my games are digital. ?”

“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”
“My current phone is upgraded from a Metro issued Samsung Galaxy A14 the 49th Street N location provided the last A14 5G phone. My A01 Galaxy was one of the most brittle phones out there OnePlus N200 Nord ended up lost in an intersection, but this one is more constant. I caught some of the Hurricane Milton debris on this one.I am giving folks access to a find via screenshot. “Jenn is the best manager this place ever had! She’s quick with service, got me in-and-out in no time with several items I needed for my new place in St Pete! So far she’s helped me with a tv, mattress and a dryer that was flooded during hurricane. She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! Can’t beat the service at this location…just called in for an iPhone and she hunted one down at another store for me…thanks Jenn! Keep up the great work!”

“The pharmacy department team was the kindest and most helpful one I’ve been to. They were handling a large number of customers with varying issues with grace and efficiency. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”
“The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. Your feelings matter in this store, this was more than a business transaction and you are everything to T mobile as well as the human world. This IS YOUR store. You deserve to be promoted as you have so many skills. The employee was a very in shape looking Mexican male with glasses, and he helped out everyone including the white females. Corporate sent a replacement phone and with the employee's help we were able to swap them out. This employee showed great competence, and honestly, he could probably manage a French fry machine at McDonald's - if I had to guess.”

“Had such a great experience at this store a couple weeks back while my partner and I upgraded our phones and joined plans. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any others! My time spent at other Verizon stores has been frustrating from my past experiences. But Kris at this Verizon store was so patient and helpful! Answering all of our questions and concerns about joining plans, we spent 1.5 hours there on a Saturday and left feeling very satisfied with our new phones/plan. “if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”
