“One of the nicest department stores in South Florida. Very understated but elegant. A wonderful array of different designers. There is also a fabulous restaurant in the store and a great cafe on the first floor connected to the store with its own entrance. All the associates are always so helpful and friendly. The cosmetic department is especially well stocked.”

“Huge store, products fairly organized considering it’s Ross, and the staff are quite pleasant. Clean bathroom was a big plus! From the signs in the changing rooms and the fact that they check your receipt upon exit, it’s clear that they’ve dealt with plenty of shoplifters, which is unfortunate. I really liked this Ross and I plan on returning”
“Huge Ross. The dress and shoe departments were the biggest I’ve seen in FL. They have more jewelry and accessories than most other Ross’s I’ve been to. Lots of stuff to pick through. The area around the store is under a lot of construction so not the best location right now.”

“The only other Nordstrom Rack I knew before this one is off Biscayne Blvd, near Aventura mall. We'll, this one is near Miami Beach, very huge, has clothes for men, women and children, shoes, items for one's home, jewelry, etc. Well staffed, too, with pleasant speaking folks of all races and accents. (Yes, that matters to me). I do not like feeling unwelcome, or, like the 'token brown person'. Ok. Double doors to enter this massive sized store, entrance a bit awkward to find, but, no problem as they have signs which lead to the entrance. Well organized system, clean, fitting rooms, nothing left behind inside. I will return to this Nordstrom rack. I saw name brands I've NEVER seen before. It was great. If in a wheelchair, easy to navigate the wide alleys. Really nice experience. ?”

I am thoroughly impressed with King Valley Silver. It opens with a very bright, crisp burst of apple and bergamot, but the real magic is the dry down. The transition into warm leather, patchouli, and sweet caramel gives it an amazing, masculine depth. It easily lasts 7-8 hours on my skin with powerful projection in the first few hours. It smells incredibly luxurious and is a perfect signature scent for both work and nights out. Highly recommend!”

“I had an outstanding experience at this Nordstrom Rack thanks to Assistant Manager Melissa and Associate Ibeliz P. They helped me with the pickup and return of an online purchase, and from the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive.
Although the app directed me to this location to pick up my order, it did not clearly indicate that the item could not be returned here. What could have been a frustrating experience was handled with kindness and professionalism and great customer service by Melissa and cashier associate Ibeliz P. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience.
Their willingness to help and their exceptional customer service truly stood out. They went above and beyond to assist me, turning a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and pleasant one.

“This location is newer since the last time I came to Miami. I had planned to come here post-cruise because Ross is my favorite store, and they don't have a market up in New England where I live. Fortunately for me, My luggage decided to break right before I was heading here, so I ended up looking at carry-on bags and buying a new one. The security guy at the front door was super helpful and unlocked two suitcases and let me check out the inside of the bags (all luggage zippers are sealed shut in store) prior to purchasing. Thank you to this security guy for being so helpful and so accommodating. The dressing rooms here are super-hot and uncomfortable for trying on new clothes, and the aisles are PACKED so tightly if someone is in the aisle, it's really hard to navigate around. The patrons here are super rude however, as I had someone try to cut me in line at check-out, and people push by you without saying anything. And we New Englanders get a bad rap for being rude.”

“I placed an order for pickup at the NW 7th Ave location and arrived to get my items. When I couldn't change my order from pick up to curbside I called for assistance. I was told by the woman that my order could not be changed because it was the last day to pick up my items. I explained that that did not make any sense as I was still within the pick up window. It should not matter if it was the first or the last day. The woman insisted I needed to go inside if I wanted my items or cancel and order from somewhere else. So I did. I placed my new order at miami central and arrived at curbside pickup. I tried to alert the staff that I was there but the app would not allow me to use the curbside option. I kept trying to change from pickup to curbside but to no avail. I called and spoke to Consuella who told me not to worry, she would be right out. She arrived shortly after with my items in tote and happier than ever to assist me. She was friendly and accommodating and made sure I knew that any time she was at the store would be willing and able to help me. She went above and beyond to assist me and her customer service was outstanding!!”
