“I visited this UPS Store on Ponce de Leon recently, and while the staff was helpful enough to get my task done, the facility itself felt quite old and dirty. The interior could definitely use a deep clean and a modern refresh to match the professional standards of Coral Gables. It was 'okay' for a quick drop-off because the service was functional, but the grime made it a less-than-pleasant environment to wait in. If you just need a fast shipping label, it works, but don't expect a pristine storefront.”

“Fantastic service Great location and the guy that ran the counter went out of his way to make sure my packages got to me safely I would totally recommend had some packages General delivered charge me 3.50 a package but that's more than reasonable considering it cost two Bucs just across the bridge both ways”
