“There was an older fellow who had had a stroke and was frustrated that he couldn't remember his phone number to type in to the computer and he was being mean and hollering at the girl at the counter and the people in line and the CVS employee young woman was being so nice and patient and kind even though she was not being treated very well by that customer.”
