“Hello, I have always rented a car through traditional American rental companies and this was the first time I had the experience with a Brazilian rental company. There are many options and I made several quotes and ended up choosing JP for the service and attention from the budget. Rosi who answered me via WhatsApp and was the best service I had in the research I carried out, after a lot of conversation (thank you for your patience) I closed the car rental. The whole process was smooth, payment, signing the contract and sending documents. I arrived in Orlando - MCO on 04/30 and there I already received a message from Giuliana directing me where the car would be, everything was fine and everything was fine with the delivery. Giuliana's service and help was great, she always responded quickly and even helped me with the parks lol.I used the car for 17 days, I went to Miami and Tampa and everything went well.It is worth leaving some considerations of my experience. Issuing several contracts even to correct data is something that worried me a little, as well as the availability of documents via WhatsApp. In these digital times, it is something that many people are concerned about and it is worth checking this point for the customer to be safer.The car initially available was a Toyota Camry and he changed it to a Ford Fusion, I questioned it and understood that it was for revision, I talked to JP who clarified it for me as well, but it is complicated because you wait to receive a car and then change it, I understand that it is the same category and the rental companies work like this, but with the big rental companies I have the option of choosing the car that is parked, which was not possible with you. Anyway, I stayed with the lease anyway, but if I had more time maybe I would have cancelled.While using the car, I had problems with the car not responding when accelerating, I had to pull over so as not to disturb the traffic, I spoke with Giuliana who advised me to put in a better quality gasoline, I did that, but it continued to fail and I believe that it is not gasoline but finally I left it on record for Giuliana. The car, in the full size category, is good, I enjoyed driving it, but it is clearly an older car.In general, I enjoyed the experience, for the service and assistance of everyone at JP and the ease of picking up and delivering the car.It certainly won't be the last time I go to Orlando and I'm already putting you on my list to rent a car, if you improve the points described, even better! I leave here my thanks for everything!Karina”

“Picked up at Orlando International. Customer service given by Chelicia was great after a minor issue that was our own fault and not Sixt.
Vehicle was easy to collect, across the road via a tunnel and up to P1. Keys are in the car allocated but a huge security barrier prevents you driving off before scanning your reservation with an attendant.
Vehicle was dropped off at International drive. There wasnt enough parking stops dedicated to SIXT due to work on the site but we parked close by and dropped the keys in the out of hours box with a note.
Cant fault the cars at all.

They do try to up sell you a toll pass which can be good value if you need it but by using Google maps and clicking avoid tolls... you can save a little if you dont mine a very minor increase in travel times.
Would happily book again.

“I needed a last minute rental, and first tried Avis. They were very sketchy and uncooperative, and then let me know that they were going to run a hard credit check, and if it wasn't above 700, they wouldn't rent to me. I didn't need the ding on my credit, and at that point, I didn't trust these weirdos with my information.
So I went to Enterprise, and found an entirely professional operation. The prices were about the same, but the people were friendly and helpful, and there was no credit check. I was able to return the car to a different local location at no extra charge, and they were friendly and helpful there, too.
It's Enterprise for me in the future.”

She had great customer service, lovely manner and because of this I’ll be coming back to Florida in June and rebooking with Alamo car care.
