Went in today to upgrade phone, Dorbis was awesome. He took his time to show us different options, plans and pricing. We ended up upgrading all phones and adding a new apple watch. Dorbis is an amazing asset to your team!

Was helped by Richard today, he was great from beginning to end. Couldn’t use cell service or get out of SOS mode. Reassured me my issue could be resolved quickly and he did. Tested everything to make sure my phone was working again before I left. Great customer service.
