We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
