“I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for insurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind, and took matters into his own hands when dealing with customer service on the phone. Highly recommend this location and thanks, John, for an awesome experience!”

“I stopped here to get my prepaid label to return my trade in phone. Store manager Gina (beautiful woman with beautiful eyeglasses) greeted me right away (hint to other T-Mobile stores…) and she referred me to Foster. Foster took care of the paperwork and I was actually able to return the phone at the actual store. I asked about some recommendations on screen protectors and Foster informed me about lifetime replacement of them if you have their phone insurance. Gina even chimed in suggesting it is totally worth it since screen protectors get cracked and scratched all the time. Their insurance also includes Apple Care so it was a no brainer.I was happy with the costumer service I received from Gina and Foster. The vibe of the store is very inviting and organized. I will definitely come back if I ever need assistance or any help. Thank you guys!”

“The staff at Spectrum on Osceola Parkway are amazing. I was there for a new modem and wifi router. I was #7 in line, and a rep greeted everyone to discuss their needs. It's a great system that speeds up customer service.My order was a do-it-yourself to replace the modem and router for my new desktop PC. The kit included graphic and text installation instructions, and their rep assured me I could do it. If not, she gave me the number to call for a tech.By the next morning I gave up and called for help. I was stunned! My appointment was scheduled and their tech could arrive in a half hour! Yes! Jonathan was there on time, and was done a little over an hour. Spectrum is A+ 5 Star!”
