“I originally went to the Verizon store in Clermont because I was coming from AT&T and only wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately, the experience there was awful. The staff was unhelpful, unwelcoming, and made my mother and me feel like an inconvenience. We left frustrated and ready to walk away from Verizon altogether.

Thankfully, we decided to visit the Verizon store in Winter Garden next, and that is where we met Christopher. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain plans, pricing, and perks clearly and patiently, making sure both my mother and I fully understood everything before making a decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.

Christopher is the main reason I switched to Verizon. His customer service, professionalism, and people skills were outstanding, and the contrast between our experience in Clermont and our experience in Winter Garden was night and day. Verizon truly needs more employees like him and should seriously consider having him train others on customer service and communication, because his approach is exactly what customers expect.

He went above and beyond for both my mother and me and deserves a raise for the level of care and effort he puts into his work. As long as Christopher is employed at that location, I will continue to return. He is an excellent all-around person and a phenomenal representative for Verizon.”

“Yesterday I was on the phone with a good friend of mine. Who’s also a T-Mobile customer. He lives out towards Lake County so he went to a store in Eustis. He got a new phone so he needed his information transferred over and his new phone set up. He’s not the most up-to-date guy when it comes to technology if you know what So he needs assistance when he goes to places like that. He had let me know that the store and used to treated him terribly. He didn’t know his Apple ID and right then and there they had an attitude about it and also they told him that they couldn’t transfer information from one phone to another, which is completely untrue. He ended up, leaving their upset and unhappy. It was a waste of time. At that point I told him that I have been using the Tmobile store in the Victoria Plaza in Apopka for the longest time and the staff up there is always more than helpful the last time three months ago I got a new phone. I didn’t remember my Apple ID and I only need that they transferred all my stuff over and they made it a very positive experience. He went today and thanks to Natalia a young lady that worked there she made it look effortlessly and it was painless. She retrieved his Apple ID or password whatever it was she transferred all his data and he was so happy and he called me to tell me thank you for sending me to those people. Customer service over the last couple decades has suffered and when you have people like Natalia and the staff up at that store go above and beyond. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there are still some people that appreciate you as a customer. I hope that people over this staff area manager’s district managers supervisors whoever check these reviews because this staff for the longest time has always done their job at a high level.”

“Mark and the other associate (sorry don’t remember her name but she had awesome earrings) were very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in to see if switching providers was a better option for us. Mark explained everything in detail and pulled up several plans so we could see the price difference. We left last Sunday with a new provider and 2 new iPhones happily.”

“Miguel and Nestar are true professionals at this location. They displayed patience and empathy in my time of need and ensured that I was taken care of. After my phone couldn't make or receive calls/texts, Nestar diagnosed the issue and learned that I needed a new device. Both met my situation with calm and got me on my way. This situation happened at 6:39 pm the that BEFORE Thanksgiving!!! Kudos to these fine professionals that saw fit that I was back in communication!!!”

“The only reason I'm given 5 stars is because of Liset, She is a great asset to your company and deserve a promotion, raise and or a reward. She has great guest service skills, common sense and intuition. I went to the store thinking it was going to be a quick visit to get new equipment and the store turn out to be extremely busy and full of people. How ever Liset was able to take care of me and my son, in a timely manner, due to our special and unique needs. It was the right decision also for the rest of the people there to alleviate stress and avoid tension.
P.S. I'm not happy with Spectrum, as a company they can and should do better by their customers.”
