“This is a small bank that caters to having great customer service. I have had business accounts, personal checking, personal savings, a safe deposit box as well as a mortgage.
Their mortgage department processed the refinance quickly and had great rates. The personal attention is unparalleled compared to bigger banks.
They have a drive through that also includes an ATM. The ATM is horrible for those in small cars but you can use other ATMs without fees.”

Both ladies were so kind and sweet and had the biggest genuine smiles on their face at all times. They truly made what normally is a tedious task something so pleasant and wonderful.”

“I had a problem with some money in a bank. A different bank. And I went in truist lake Mary branch. And all the workers were very helpful beyond their work duties. But the manager of this branch went above and beyond. She spent two days, being transferred to many people from a different bank. She was on the phone over two hours (I was therel. We even stayed late after the bank closed and she kept on. I went home and at night she called me and indicated she fixed the problem. I give her 10 stars she deserves a promotion”
“Big fan of Chase...people get angry when they try to use their debit card for somewhat more money or at an unusual place and the card is frozen. . It may seem an inconvenience to them, but worth it to protect your hard-earned money from those seeking to steal it. Credit and debit card fraud is a very real and present danger.”
