My phone screen was badly cracked, and I came in around 4:20 PM after it happened unexpectedly. I was heading out of town and really needed my phone for GPS, so I was honestly stressed. From the moment I walked in, I received amazing customer service. Even though it was only about 40 minutes before closing, they still took the time to help me and reassured me they would do whatever it took to get my phone fixed.
To my surprise, they repaired my phone in just 10 minutes, and it looked completely brand new! The best part? The price was super affordable and the payment process was easy. I honestly walked in thinking there was no way my phone could be repaired, but I walked out feeling like I had a brand-new phone.

“So after what has been probably the most horrible day of my life, most headaches most everything I got home my power was shut off. My cable was disconnected. My husband just passed away recently anyways long story short on top of that my phone is disconnected so I go to Metro to pay the bill to try to catch up with everything and out of everywhere I have been today I swear to God I was in and out of metro it felt like in two seconds Rocky at the Metro in Sanford is the best. She literally was able to reactivate my phone. She did everything and faster than I was able to take the money out my wallet anyways I wanna give a good shout out to Rocky. You’re awesome.
