“I've been back several times, as I can be quite clutzy with my phone, and I've repurchased tempered glass on each visit. Not much communication has been used. When conversation has been made, it's polite and courteous. The prices are fair and competitive. The young lady that works there is quite knowledgeable and helpful.”

“So after what has been probably the most horrible day of my life, most headaches most everything I got home my power was shut off. My cable was disconnected. My husband just passed away recently anyways long story short on top of that my phone is disconnected so I go to Metro to pay the bill to try to catch up with everything and out of everywhere I have been today I swear to God I was in and out of metro it felt like in two seconds Rocky at the Metro in Sanford is the best. She literally was able to reactivate my phone. She did everything and faster than I was able to take the money out my wallet anyways I wanna give a good shout out to Rocky. You’re awesome. She definitely deserves a raise. You did a great job and I will only come to that metro from now on you guys now have a loyal customer. Have a great day.”

“Kermith was both courteous and helpful on my visit. He provided options on the best deals for the phone I was looking at and never put any pressure in making a final decision. Intended to return with my wife and sign up for a joint plan, but due to time constraints, we ended up at another Cricket location. This made me regret not going back to him, but will return on the next occasion I need any service for a phone.”
