“Everyone was super amazing. we brought our two dogs to the self wash, and both the owner and workers were very helpful of anything we needed. very easy to work with. We used our own products and tools although they have anything you would need. Including towels and tables! Definitely suggest anyone wondering goes and tries it. we definitely will return.”
“I like this local store, which has a wide variety of cat food, just what I need for my fussy fur baby. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Every once in a while there's a kitty or two or three up for adoption and a few other animals such as rabbits, gerbils, and so on. The clean store is also a fun place to wander around to browse at the fish in the tanks and other things.”
“Jorge is honest, kind and helpful. The store is the most amazing bird paradise I’ve ever seen. They have more exotic birds than most zoos! Definitely check it out. It is a fantastic experience! We bought Gryfinn from Jorge and love him so much!”

“Great selection of toys, food and bowls. Everyone here is always so nice and extremely helpful. You can even adopt a kitten here. We are the selection that they have is top of the line and it’s all really nice stuff. I definitely prefer this over a Petsmart. Their location is right on the Avenue and you will have to choose street parking. I love this pet store and have been going here for almost 15 years. Highly recommend.”
“We are going back to buying in-store, rather than using Chewy, & out of 3 stores we went to, this is the only one where I was greeted with a smile, & assured there is assistance, if needed. Kyle is absolutely AMAZING!! He went above & beyond his responsibilities for us, making phone calls, explaining ingredients to me, (I'm a pain in the arse), & walking back & forth. Also, the pricing is lower here, by $2 dollars on a toy I bought at PetSmart!”

“I took my cat and was a bit worried about the grooming process because my cat hates baths. He came back looking fresh, and extremely well-mannered. I think he enjoyed the grooming, and the groomers took such good care of him. I watched as they gently got him out of his carrier and did their job, making sure my cat was comfortable along the way.”
