“Hands down, one of the greatest veterinarian experiences. I wanted to find a new vet for my Russian Tortoise as we are new to the area. Given how challenging finding a good quality and affordable vet is nowadays, I was extremely hesitant to try one I simply found on the Internet. Lo and behold, I came across Dr. Rolfe and her team at the Bird & Exotic Hospital off Lake Worth Road. Finding the office was made easy thanks to their ability to text you the location, as well as a detailed list of what they would like for you to bring in. I also received a first-time patient survey that provided them with basic information about my tortoise. When I arrived, I found ample parking in a rather large and spacious parking lot. I strolled into a very well-maintained and modern clinic. I was given a warm greeting by one of the front desk staff. They provided me with visitation details and directed me to their comfortable waiting room, filled with plenty of chairs and reading material. I waited no more than five minutes before we were called in. The nurse was extremely polite and outgoing. She took a detailed history as well as answered any basic questions I had. Immediately after, Dr. Rolfey came in and saw my tortoise. Similar to her staff, she was kind and respectful. She took the time to answer my questions and was very funny! It was very welcoming here. I felt like they were talking with me, not at me. They provided me with the costs of every service and product they offered, with no pressure to do anything, while suggesting their honest opinion if I should or should not do something for my tortoise. Before I departed, they gave me a list of suggestions as well as my bill. Paying was very easy too. I cannot believe how well I was treated here. I frankly wish my personal primary care doctor took as much time as the staff of Bird & Exotic Hospital did to thoroughly answer all my questions and provide guidance.”

“Great selection of toys, food and bowls. Everyone here is always so nice and extremely helpful. You can even adopt a kitten here. We are the selection that they have is top of the line and it’s all really nice stuff. I definitely prefer this over a Petsmart. Their location is right on the Avenue and you will have to choose street parking. I love this pet store and have been going here for almost 15 years. Highly recommend.”

“Chewy cancelled my cat tree order with no explanation so I stopped in to my local Pet Super Market where I was promptly greeted at the door by employees Jay and Shannon. They were extremely attentive to my needs and beyond friendly. When I told them of my experience with my cancelled order they offered to help me out with a cat tree instore I selected if I could provide proof of my cancelled order. They honored the price and even offered to load it in my car for me! Excellent service all around!”

“I love supporting small businesses and especially those run by women. I met the owner at a farmers market over 10 years ago and we've stayed in touch because my animals absolutely love her products. The chicken strips are the dog's top choice - he will sit for his regular treats but go wild for the Tweedle snacks. It also is nice that I can give two animals, the bird and the dog, the same treat - both love the mango slices and the sweet potato sticks. They may be more expensive than store bought treats but I appreciate the excellent quality and my "boys" deserve it ;)”

My pet needed a medicine urgently and I could not find it thru a local pet pharmacy. The other internet sites I looked for had it 50-75% more expensive and would only deliver in 3-5 business days. “Kimberly is one of the most animal friendly person I know. She took a cat that had not been cleaned for so long the hair was matted severally on this long hair cat. Not only cleaned him up but gave him a cool new look as a little tiger. My neighbors saw him and now for a couple years they have theirs done as well. Not just one neighbor but a few. We had a coyote come in the neighborhood and Kimberly came with traps to help catch. She got him and we released in a safe environment after she well fed him. They actually treat him like their pet dog. Kimberly will put a smile on anyone’s face the moment they meet herAnd their family pet.”
