“Dropped my phone today (8/8/24) and my screen was damaged to where I could tap on stuff. This has never happened to be before so I thought it would take a few days. I was surprised to learn it only took an hour!! The guy that helped me was super nice and explained everything very clearly. Pick up was very easy. My screen is like new again!! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I love this place. They are always 100% honest with me and help me figure out what's best for me. Nere helped me today and she was wonderful. She didn't pressure me into getting something I wasn't sure about, and then hooked me up with a bundle for my phone, charger, case, ear buds, and screen protector. She would either help you figure it out. Or I just handed the phone over. Told her my issues. She handled it. She answered any questions I had. I am a senior. I have some trouble with technology today”

“The sales team of Damien and Jazmine are the best! On 06/30/24 and 07/01/24, I Went to this store to resolve a phone insurance issue. Although the phone insurance portion of my phone is not their responsibility, both Damien and Jazmine patiently walked me through the process of making an insurance claim for my phone.

“The store manager Donny 3013at the Combee location in Lakeland, Fl is awesome considering everything I had to go through to get my device working which took 3 days and 2 stores and numerous calls , it took the store manager himself to get my device working because he knew what he was doing and wanted to help. if I could give him 10 + stars I would no regrets.”
“I lost my backpack it got stolen however you want to call it I did go to the police station they done an incident report I went to the first metro store that I could and young girl help me but when I went back she wasn't there I went to another store and I'm going to tell you this guy right here has given me one of the best experiences with a business. But he went above and beyond and has my business if I have to travel from another state if I have to go in the store anyway I've been their customer for over 8 years and this is the best metro in-store experience”
