“Not just a number!A person’s banking needs and finances are as unique as they are so why would you go to a bank who treats you like a number and doesn’t know you from the next person? When you walk in you’re not greeted by a random teller or worse yet a machine. You’ll sit at their desks and receive personalized service. They even know your name. Ha, isn’t that a novelty these days! Highly recommend doing business with First Citizens Bank!”

“So after an aweful experience in Longboat key, I end up in Lakewood ranch where I was greeted by Clelia. She saw my disgust as I was upset. They didn't make me gto through the give of my name and the formalitybof meeting this guy robert like he was the President of Chase. I just walked in., YOu can't do that in LBK. Anyway, she politely asked if she could try to help. WITHIN 4 monutes, I WAS IN THE CHASE APP>/ I told he what happened and they all seems disappointed but so professional. No comments and fully supportive. It's so clear why the have that 2.5 star rating. those don't lie. I just want to thankj Cleilia as I may keep my coount there. I have been scared as I plan on big things coming soon and honestly, worried I will be btreated like a number and anything but human. First Horizon is still by far the best but Cleilia is good enough to woirk at First Horizon. I onlyn hope somehow it gets better buit I can't say I expect it. Thank you again Chase in LWK.
