“Traded in a phone 4 months ago came into the store multiple times after not receiving the credit after the rep told me 1-3 billing cycles it seemed as if everyone was pushing me off to someone else and wasnt being treated seriously. I came in today 7/24 and kaitltn with a smile on her face said she can help and jumped immediately in. She called the loyalty department with my transation number and not only found the phone that was improperly traded in but got me a credit on the phone for all the months i was missing.
