“I'm mostly writing this review for two reasons: to compliment the mystery artist that put googly eyes on the advertisement (you know the one), and to recognize a great member of the local team: Fatjona. She not only knew exactly where to direct me when I came in for double-sided tape, but she was funny & kind throughout my whole visit. At the end, I accidentally tried checking out at a staff register because they looked like self-checkout areas. She laughed, told me to "have fun with it", and just helped me at the end to pay for my items. It was a great experience overall!”

“I contacted this place about a washer and dryer set but couldn't make it that day. The next morning, I contacted them and asked about them, but sadly they had sold the previous night. They went the extra mile to help me find the perfect replacement at the same cost. The delivery man was exceptional and very helpful with set up and how to use the set. “After receiving a new Lenovo laptop that I purchased from Best Buy, I followed the set up instructions and activated the automated set up and the system appeared to power up ok; however, the system had to rest itself a couple of times so I brought it to the Geek Squad folks to make sure my the set up process properly synchronized to my email and other devices. Although the system response said I was “ready to go”, I noticed a lag in performance and as it turned out, the system really hadn’t finished loading several other required tools including the Trend Micro antivirus software that it needed to properly operate. I was very glad I brought it back to The Geek Squad Computer Specialist “Aaron” at Best Buy in St. Petersburg as he quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away. I was amazed at his knowledge, expertise and speed at which he worked to overcome incomplete software loads, resolve password issues and updating email accounts. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing to adjust the computer settings and the possible reasons for any conflicts that occurred with the software, accounts and app functions. He was very persistent and effective in applying permanent fixes to my computer. I have worked with many other computer and IT specialists in other places but I have say Aaron is an expert and also very pleasant and professional to work with. I also get very good service from all the other computer specialists at the Best Buy store in St. Petersburg, Fl and highly recommend their services to anyone. I look forward to using Geek Squad again for any of my other computer needs. Thanks!”
