The latest was a repair of a botched job that I had some 'gypsy' guy solicit me with promises that he could fix the damage but made it far worse! “Prior to cars unlimited I was going to an auto mechanic and Seminole Florida. I had no complaints or issues there but the services provided at cars unlimited superseded the other auto mechanic on steroids. One thing that stood out to me was the genuine concern and care the transparency and communication and the customer service and accommodations. For example, providing providing a loaner car of going to mechanics and times past where they worked on the car but I was left without a car and I would have to pay money out the pocket for Uber in order to get to and from or rely on friends or family for transportation to wherever I needed to go until my car was serviced. So providing a loaner car was definitely a huge accommodation that I'm truly grateful for. I appreciate the transparency with regard to every auto repair needed with accuracy giving me the option to this pick, choose and refuse whether or not I wanted to come out the pocket and pay for it. I appreciate the professionalism, the patience. I appreciate the accommodation of financially as far as providing services. In the event that you can't pay out the pocket for what needs to be paid, they provide loan options through outside third party resources. I have nothing but good things to say about cars unlimited. I will most definitely continue to be their customer.”

“My 2014 FORD F-150 would not start so I had it towed to East Bay Auto Services. Same day the owner called me and said that the truck was starting and running well so he said he would keep the truck overnight and inspect the issue in the morning when truck was cold. He called next morning and told me the truck would not start and that he found the issue and it was a faulty fuel relay and issue with fuel relay fuse. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the parts. Later that day he called and said the truck was ready to be picked up. I was very satisfied because unlike many auto shops he found the problem and fixed it instead of just replacing many parts unnecessarily. Great customer service. Thanks.”

“I can't comment on their work as Randy was forthright and said I didn't need the work that had been recommended. Judging by what I saw they seemed to be pretty busy yet he offered to squeeze me in that afternoon. Once I arrived, I was invited to sit indoors I explained that I had my new dog with me and that we were working on socializing i would be ok outdoors. However, the office manager took one look at him and said it would still be okay for me to sit indoors with my LARGE dog. We had a chat about how older large shelter dogs don't often get the opportunities that smaller dogs do and he was surprisingly well behaved in her presence. Randy and I then took a test drive along with my dog, Moses. My dog's name was not lost on Randy and we had a little chat about it ? while I can't comment on their work, I will definitely return and recommend Randy's repair shop to anyone. I felt i was treated honestly, fairly and welcomed.”

“I called the shop at 4:30 pm on a Thursday told the guy there that my wife’s 4runner was leaking threw the sunroof and that I was out of town and couldn’t look at it myself.. it’s been raining a lot and she was getting a soaked floor board every time it rained.. he said bring it in tomorrow and I’ll look at.. on Friday around 10am my wife went there he got her right in the shop within 10 minutes of waiting and unclogged the sunroof drains I guess.. he treated her like family and did not charge a dime to blow out the drains.. just because how he handled it I will use this guy moving forward for any repair I need.. shops that act like this don’t exist anymore… what a great find!!!! Thanks guys so much very appreciated”
