“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”

“We had an excellent experience with Patio 2000 Showcase buying Castelle furniture. Mike was excellent - helped us match to some chairs that we already owned and helped me pick among the many colors and finishes so that the dining and lounging furnture would go nicely together. We went to a couple of places to see various styles and their pricing was by far the best. Lastly we ended up having a small factory-caused issue with several dining chairs and Mike worked with Castelle to get replacements. Very happy with our purchase and overall!”

“This thrift store is a nice place to find just about anything you may need. Their clothes are clean and well organized, they have nice furniture and some good choices with kitchen items. When my husband needed a folding wheelchair they had a new one for a fraction of the original cost. These are good Christian people who own and run this business. I highly recommend it!”

“We are so pleased with our Murphy bed/home office set up in our guest bedroom. We got quotes from the "closet" people, and Accent was much less expensive and the quality of the workmanship was A+. Nicole was very patient with us as we made several changes after we signed the contract. The project was completed on time (the work is done locally) and the install only took 3 hours! They estimated 4 hours. The 2 men who did the install (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! When we are ready to start on the kitchen we will definitely be calling them!”

“if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”

“Matt Frick knew exactly what I needed without hesitation! I love the store. But the whole county needs to know that this is unlike any other bed/mattress/pillow store. This guy literally played some incredible strings for me while I shopped. I’ve never met him before- but I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Look this guy up online- his music skills are insane and what he brings to a local business can’t be beat!!!!

“Big Ryan is courteous and honest. Recently my 17 cu. Ft. Fridgedaire started making noise. I'm sensitive to sound so it was excruciating. I couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee in my own kitchen! I called a reputable appliance repair company and explained the problem. There was nothing wrong with the fridge other than the noise. He checked around- I paid for the visit and the source was undiscovered. He saw I had placed rubber in the freezer to stop the vibration. It helped! He removed it. I tried to tolerate it but called him back and paid again he couldn't find the problem. I decided to replace it and went to see what Ryan had. I explained the problem to him. He said that the fridge needs leveling and to put a piece of rubber under the compressor and between the freezer plate! It worked so Ryan was out of a sale!
He had plugged two fridges in to show they were working properly but told me to try the rubber trick first. I used white rubber in the freezer so it's undetectable! RYAN is just the type I choose to do business with! !!

“Love going to this Target! What made my experience any different was the above-and-beyond customer service that I received from Brett. I was looking for a book that showed 2 in-store copies that were available, but were not present in the aisles. I stopped a worker who proceeded to do a warm hand-off to Brett to assist me. He spent his time for my search and additionally took the time to come out once to update me in-between (he stated boxes of books were just delivered today so he has to go through them). I truly appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and excellent customer service because he could have easily told me the books were unavailable. Thank you, Brett!!! You made my day and my weekend will be complete like this duology. :) I am a proud cardholder because of the amazing customer service (and prices :) ) I receive from Target!”
