But then....AARON got on the phone and took my info and told me he'd call me back in 10 minites. Yea right I thought. HE DID!! And had arranged for the truck to be available for 3 days. What WINDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! U HAUL just won the BEST SERVICE AWARD. Thanks U Haul and Aaron.”

Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.”

We have used a few other suppliers but have found them to be fair and reasonable.I recently had to speak with them about a bill question and was able to get a live person on the phone quickly and was able to request to speak to a manger to explain and resolve the question. I would use their facilities if we need storage again.”

He was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised in a world where service seems to be going down the toilet.”

“The staff at this location have helped reduce the stress of a move during which nothing has gone anything like hoped or planned and optimism has been a liability. I've spoken to Jeremy and Richard on the phone and I believe the GM at the location. I'm grateful for their help in reducing the stress I'm dealing with, despite my delays undoubtedly affecting their days. Nothing but empathy and positive energy from their end.
